I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
Purchased a $40 hair brush based on Steve Harvey commercial on the daily deal. (Advertised as $150 value). Found similar products from other sources for about $20. Product simply does not work as advertised. Extremely disappointed. Product arrived with NO return information. Upon further investigation I discovered a disclaimer on the morningsave website that the products are not returnable/refundable due to the deep discounts. HA! What a total crock.
BEWARE! I found this diffuser to be nothing but a Mist machine. Even after running for many hours oils that are provided are very weak in aroma. Definitely not worth it. I suggest you buy a good scented soy candle and a candle warmer if you're actually looking for aromatherapy. I would love to return it, but according to their return guidelines I doubt they will refund my money but it certainly doesn't work as advertised.

When receiving my order of what was to be 3 pair of earrings, I realized only 2 pair were sent. When sending an email about the ordeal, the customer service rep. Responded so very quickly! Once I sent a picture of what I'd received per his request, another quick response was received! The issue has been addressed and has actually made my day! Thanks for hiring the best people to work for your organization! Great customer service means so much! I'm happy with what I've experienced thus far! Thanks again!
I have ordered multiple items from here and enjoy what I purchase. Very easy to make your order, delivery fast and items packaged well. When there has been an issue it was resolved right away. Will continue to check daily and order for my job or personal. :)

Taylor was very helpful in giving me a refund, In fact since I have been purchasing items from Morningsave.com I have no problems with returns just need to following instructions by stating the problem that you had with the merchandise and make sure that you return it before the 90 days or how many days they a requesting you to return the item back, you must send a text message and get an authorization number before sending it back. So far I like every thing that I'have purchased. I would recommend Morningsave to any one.

I had posted a very negative review of morningsave.com. Still don't know what happened, they say they responded to all 3 of my communication attempts but I never heard anything until after my 4th one. Finally heard from them and they had refunded my full purchase for the defective item. They said it would take up to 10 days to show up on my credit card; I trust it will. So, I feel much better about the business/website, just wish it had not taken so many tries.

I've had a few purchases from Morningsave and have been very satisfied with their business. My last order was face shields, 2 out of 10 shields were folded during packaging and were not usable. I contacted customer services and they replied quickly and credited my account for the two defective shields.

My wife and I have used MorningSave products for a while now with great results. If you do have an issue, such as shipping, even if it is not MorningSave's fault, they make it right. The service is outstanding, very responsive and understanding!

I have been shopping on MorningSave since the pandemic, Everything I have purchased has been great quality packaging everything arrives safe.
I have never had to return anything until last week, And what an easy experience, I sent an email the product was defective. They said I did not need to send it back and I got my refund the next day! I have referred so many people I have bought everything from blow dryer, vacuum cleaners and jewelry everything has been great quality!

I ordered a $30 dental appliance and received a $9 key chain. Wrote to customer service (no phone number) and two days later they wrote back asking for proof. Sent photos of envelope and item that I saved thankfully, then crickets! Total scam

I was very disappointed to learn that products cannot be returned. The product descriptions on air (The Talk) and on the website MorningSave were incomplete and didn't describe the product (hair accessories) properly. Company states it will not accept buyer's remorse or change of mind returns! This is really crappy, and is not stated when you make a purchase. I will not use this company again. However, shipment was fast, and I am pleased so far with one product I purchased (fitness tracker).
Tip for consumers:
Don't count on any support or followup . Buyer beware that returns are not accepted except for defects or damage.
I enjoy shopping at MorningSave.com because they have great prices and customer service. Their customer service was very quick to respond to my email regarding a product which was remedied without delay. Many of my orders were gifts and I had no problems getting them in time for distribution. I recommend buyers to buy from MorningSave as I give them an A+ rating.

Saw it on TV and went to website and signed up. I placed an order and it stated any orders placed within the next hour would have free shipping. I found another item and tried to place the order but site displayed "Credit card declined". Thinking it had something to do with multiple charges I called the credit card company and they said the first charge went through and when I tried to place the order again I got the same error message yet my credit card company said morningsave didn't even attempt to make the charge otherwise they would have seen it. The only reason I can come up with is they want you to pay the monthly membership fee which I did not want. No phone number to contact anyone, support states they'll get back to you in 1-2 days at which time obviously the 1 hour free shipping will be void. My opinion, stay away from companies like this.
I ordered the 12 piece Cuisinart Pro cookware set and it arrived in a box that was water damaged and taped up. All items were in new condition except for the 10" saute pan which was scratched, dirty and burnt, obviously used. It was impossible to return the entire set because of the damaged box. Megan promptly resolved my problem by issuing me a credit for the ruined pan so I could replace just the one item with a direct order from Cuisinart. I greatly appreciated the excellent resolution to my issue!

I am a first time user and I am having the worst experience. I placed an order in April and I was told I would get it by May 4th and have not seen my order yet. I have sent emails and keep getting a different response date. This was suppose to a Mother's day gift for my Mother and it looks as if this is not going to happen. I just simply want my package more than anything or my money back. I cannot get a living person to contact me and that is not good customer service especially for someone who is trying you out gir the first time!

This site is pretty awesome! Not only have I gotten some great deals but their shipping and delivery system is practically flawless. Only one issue on multiple orders and it was handled very promptly and corrected immediately. This is my new go to shopping site and everything I have ordered has been very high quality. I ordered the earbuds and they would not connect to any cellphone at all. I also bought the wireless charging pads, which also did not work. When looking up their information, you will find that their is no good working #. I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing. A lot of good offers since but I will never buy from them again, not worth the risk.

I purchased a product that had a parts failure within 60 days of purchase. The company would do nothing said the part that failed was not guaranteed by the warranty. I was beyond upset. I contacted Morning Save and Will went to work to solve the problem. I cannot say enough good things about how happy I am that they are trustworthy and value their customers satisfaction. I will not hesitate to purchase any items I need from their site. Highly recommend.
