I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!

Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?

I loved my Nicole Miller puffy coat, but the zipper broke right away. I notified morningsave.com and they very helpfully issued a complete refund right away. (I have not seen this refund quite yet, but am confident they did, indeed, issue it promptly).

Quick response to my concerns. I thought a package had not been delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was advised of the steps to take to find it. Actually my husband had put the item in our huge basement without telling me.

I had an issue with a product I ordered delivered defected. Although I didn't know if they would stand by what was sold, I was pleasantly surprise to get an email from Taylor at trustpilot that my issue will be fixed to my liking. Delivery was very quick! Love all my items; the SoundFloat is amazing, and the Acrylic Knife Set is great and looks good on the counter. I ordered the wrong size on some dog collars, and they sent me directions for a refund immediately! Will definitely order from "MorningSave" again!

So I'm hooked...
On the bargains. And they ARE bargains. I hate shopping so I do it online. I only order what I need or wanted on the past and just didn't follow up. I order from our giant (A) and Morningsave and have only had one item misdirected to Texas. I live in California. So I'm waiting on an order that was actually a birthday gift. BUT the prompt customer service I received is the point. When I can't get a response, whether it's favorable or not, I get testy. Stuff happens. Things go wrong when you're ordering online but to he ignored? I'm not having it. So KUDOS to Megan, who responded to my query about the late arrival of the gift.

Excellent product and service. I had an issue ordering multiples and the staff response was wonderful and quick. Kudos! I ordered the Shark Ion vacuum and absolutely love it. My mother was so impressed she also ordered the Shark Ion vacuum too... All your products I've ordered are top quality and haven't had any returns. Love the site and do use it. Only thing I wish would be free shipping and faster processing/shipping. Took a little over a week but not everyone is Amazon and has the staffing for that so I understand and am not complaining. :) But if I had a wish - that would be free shipping esp with multiple orders. I don't want to pay the $4.99 a month fee as my purchasing isn't always monthly. Highly recommend the Shark... my house has never felt cleaner. Amazing little thing gets a lot of dust and dirt. I was pleased that the Bluetooth headband earphones arrived so quickly and was easy to set up. I did have an issue with the speaker on the right side and contacted MorningSave. They were not able to give me a replacement because they were sold out but gave me a refund and did not require me to return the product. I was hoping for a replacement but was happy to get my money back. I received prompt wonderful customer service.

Been shopping here for many years never had an issue with any of the products up until this point. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and decisive with her decisions on refunding the purchase price. The best thing about it is I did not have to return the product so I did not have to hassle with going to the post office and repackaging everything. At time when my item supposed to arrive I got email that they cancelled my order due to an inventory issue, they gave me coupon for $5 that I have to spend until end of this month, really? New shipment cost will be more then this $5. They need 7 days to figure out they don't have item?

I bought a exfoliating body brush that's SUPPOSED to have done everything for the body gets the product and the product was wrapped $#*! a gift and it was unwrapped and new batteries placed correct way in the unit it haven't turned on yet not once and they say it's out of warranty. People this is a site that are ripping real live people out of thier money and legally it's nothing can be done. Check the use of your any product u get for 30 straight days don't buy no gifts that has to sit for more then 30days and me I am never coming back to the site ever. I ordered something that simply didn't live up to its expectations and requested a refund. I received a letter saying that there is no return policy so basically they don't care and I told them how I felt about it and they still don't care so if you buy something from them and you don't like it don't even bother asking for your money back because you're not going to get it and they could care less. Horrible company that I doubt will last very long when its consumers like us that keep their business afloat. Do not buy anything from this company or you will be very disappointed and out your money

I have ordered from MorningSave many times and been very satisfied but this time is not the same. I ordered two fake flame tiki Bluetooth speakers for my yard around my pool and they both came broken. One the flame doesn't work and one the speaker doesn't work and the boxes they came in were all beat up: No one has contacted me. I have emailed the company that makes them and morning save multiple times and I've heard nothing and time is ticking on the return policy. So I wasted $50. I guess that is why they are so cheap. Your stuck with junk. Smh. All I want is a working item. Not too much to ask for. And they don't even have a number to call. Ridiculous. Be careful, sometimes cheap does mean low quality.

I ordered a Pursonic facial cleansing kit promoted on The Talk. The battery-operated cleanser brush is a plastic piece of crap. I can barely get the battery case open and I know the cover is going to break with just a couple of battery changes. In addition, the bottle of Vitamin C serum was not sealed and it arrived with about a fourth of the product leaked out onto the other items in the package. I wrote to customer support 3 weeks ago, received an automated reply saying someone would be in touch soon. I have not heard one word from them since. I will never order from them again. Buyer Beware!
I am now updating this review because I sent another message to customer support and they got in touch with me the following day. They refunded my entire purchase price including shipping. I now have to say that although the product I ordered is substandard, at least their customer service is not. I am changing my 1 star review to 3 stars.
My credit card was being charged a monthly fee from Morning Save. I had no idea what it was for as I was not receiving any merchandise on a regular basis. I emailed Morning Save and got a response the next day. Taylor told me that I had signed up for a postal fee back when I had ordered Christmas gifts. I did not remember doing this, but she was nice enough to stop the fees and credit the current month. This really helped me, and I appreciated her efforts. DRB
