I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
As a former business owner, I knew that when there are multiple places to acquire a service or product, customer service is the primary difference maker. I have to say that in this regard, Morning Save has exceeded my expectations. My shipment was lost so I emailed my situation and quickly got a response with an apology with no push back. I received an immediate credit for the order. Shortly afterwards, I received my product from a neighbor on a different street who had received my order. I advised Morning Save that I had the product and that they could charge my credit card. I was told to keep the product to compensate for my inconvenience. That doesn't happen very often in today's business world. I truly appreciate that gesture and I will show my support for them with my future business.
Taylor in customer service really helped me out. I had a problem with an order, she researched and gave me the information I needed. She also refunded me the money for my incorrect merchandise. Wonderful customer service that will keep me coming back for more.

Bought the Air2 ear buds. They wouldn't stay connected and 2nd day one broke. Sent an email on 5/13 requesting a refund and haven't received a response! Very disappointed in morning save customer service.

There was a mixed up on my recent order. I received a bag instead of the comforters I ordered. Sent an email same day and I got a reply back same day. The original items I ordered was resubmitted to order the next day and I get to keep the bag as bonus. My problem solved in two days. Great customer service!

I ordered 2 queen memory foam pillows. They were very hard. I tried to send them back. Email, was sent a code and told I would have to pay shipping. When I took them to the post office it was $48.34 to return them. They cost $50.

Having ordered a vacuum that wasn't right for us, I got in touch with customer service and returned my vacuum.
Unfortunately, it was at my expense and I had to pay over $40 which was almost 50% of the vacuum price.
That was the only downfall.
They were very timely in crediting back my money to my account.

Tip for consumers:
At least give us partial returns back. I have never paid for shipping back on an item that was inferior.
That vacuum didn't pick up anything in regular setting, we had to put it on high to get it to work and then it ran out of power and we had to charge it back again.

I have been a customer of morning save for several years and on a couple of occasions I had to call service department and was always satisfied with their help. My last interaction with customer service was trying to figure out why I was being charged for shipping since I signed up as a member. I e-mailed morning save and received response within 24 hours and my problem was resolved.

I purchased the Motorola Verveones+ ME bluetooth earbuds. The product failed to work properly. After contacting MorningSave with my issue, they responded in 1 day with an apology & a refund. It's hard to find businesses with customer care like that.

The product arrived on time, and the packaging was good. Unfortunately, the product did not work. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt response. They refunded my purchase price. I was really disappointed to learn that there was no return policy for Bluetooth buds I bought. The buds will not pair with my product and I was told there's no return policy for buyer's remorse. I feel this is not buyer's remorse they simply dont work with my product. No return policy is not a good thing. Just by reading the reviews there are a lot of disappointments. Definitely not a good company to do business with. They will never last at this rate. Awful company, disappointed, never spend my money here again.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I usually do, but since they were advertising on The Doctors and other daytime shows, I thought they would be legitimate. Do not order and these shows should discontinue promoting them
Contacted company to let them know I received a duvet cover instead of sheets. They checked into my order and found out it was not my error. Chad reordered the correct item. I was willing to send back incorrect item. I was told to keep it and since it matched my sheets that I ordered it was fine. Thank you Chad.
I received my order with box crushed and product damaged, I sent email and was offered a new product or refund, I wanted the product. Taylor happily replied it was in they mail and she apologized. That's great service.

Belle and Howell it is such a piece of junk it doesn't work the pen is dry it is a lot of little stupid pieces that do nothing you can actually probably try to bend it with your hand the whistle doesn't work it is garbage! On top of that they know it so there are no returns

I ordered 3 Bluetooth AirPods from morningsave. One of them were empty no pods in the box. The other two didn't work at all. What a ripoff. Bad things happen to those who get over. I received a product that stopped working after the first use and Chad got me a refund after I unsuccessfully contacted the manufacturer of the product regarding the warranty. Sad the manufacturer didn't do the right thing, but Chad stepped up and helped me as a customer. Well done Chad! Did order a product from a segment I had watched on the Today show... I didn't pay attention to the product as much as I should of and the phrase if it's to good to be true... hummm BUT dealing with the customer service was to EZ... they were understanding and sent it back with the tracking number and they credited my account... it did cost a few dollars to send back but my fault so not complaining... I do continue to get emails from them and I now make sure what it is and who the manufacture is... thank you to, them for standing be hind there products. Betty M.
