I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
It arrived perfectly and does a beautiful job on damp hair. My hair has a frizz to it and this styler completely perfectly smooths it out. Morning Dave was very good abou keeping me updated on shipping.

I was very upset when I received my adjustable firmness pillows, I reached out and spoke with Caitlin (Mercatalyst) and she walked me through different steps to try and keep me happy with the pillows. She was quick in responding to emails. But sadly it didn't fix the issue. I sent pictures and to keep me happy she surprised me with a refund.

I tried to order a product. Card kept getting denied saying zip code did not match. I tried several different things to order product. I guess I tried 10 different things. They charged my account $1 ten times. I cant call them as there is no number anywhere. They have not responded to my 50 plus emails I have sent. Dont order from them. Crooks!
I had an issue with my account and I worked with customer service to get it resolved. Chandler stayed on top of it responding to my questions immediately and I got the issue resolved. Is is so refreshing when when a company has a support service that will respond and help their customers.

After I emailed Morningsave about an item I ordered and received I got an email from Taylor. She apologized and gave me options of resolutions as I had received an item that was broken. I let her know what I wanted to do and she promptly let me know that she had checked the inventory and would be sending out a replacement item. Very courteous and quick response time.

My clippers stopped holding their charge and I reached out to the brands' customer service who then told me to reach out to MorningSave. Since, MorningSave was unable to send me a replacement or fix the clippers they issued me a refund.

After ordering a few items i received a notice from my credit card co. That my card was being used for uber services in san francisco. I live in pa. Contacted morning save, which was the only place i used my card for a week. They said in wasn't possible my card no. Was stolen from there and would not even admit it could happen. Beware. Would never buy from them again because of they're arrogance.
Unfortunately we had an issue with a set of wireless earbuds we bought. The matter was quickly addressed with a solution, however, it didn't solve the problem. Within the hour of that email, we were quickly taken care of, unfortunately, the item was no longer available, so we were refunded the cost. We certainly recommend Morning Save, we have always had great products with the exception of this one. Thank you Morning Save for your quick response to our problem and offering a resolution.

I received a defective watch and sent them an email. And within 10 minutes, I received a response and a replacement was being processed. Usually the replacement process is a big hassle that some times you just don't bother. But Morningsave's customer service was so outstanding, that they now definitely have a return customer!
I liked the fact that Taylor was prompt and caring of the situation. She did a great job. If any of my other packages get lost I would only want to work with her. She was patient and took the time to listen.

In the store you can buy goods for all occasions. I bought different things, but the product did not always correspond to the image of the product and the expected characteristics. But I am sure that in the future there will be a desire to visit this store and buy the product that will be available, which you will not find in other stores.
I am very happy with my purchase. I got an exceptional price and the shipping was fast. The rock solid machine I bought is a hit with the family. Customer service was very fast and friendly via email. I am impressed with the whole experience I had and highly recommend this company.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes some of the sizes was confusing. The same day order shoes I email my questions regarding the shoes before they were shipped out I never got a response from morning saving but during the week I ordered the shoes received continue email regarding other items sales items I received the shoes today a week after I ordered the shoes they were kids shoes. This could been avoided and corrected if a customer service staff would respond to my problem. Are morning saving located in a 3rd world countries. Customers spend to much time on the internet trying to resolve their issues and told their staff will respond I 2 business days that are not always true like in case no staff reached out to me before they items were shipped to me. Morning saving made sure my merchandise was paid for before they shipped out and customers can't talk to a live staff. Sorry not good customers service this may customers go shop some places else without the headache and hassle

I ordered 3 sets of airbuds. One of them had a malfunction on the on/off button. I emailed Morning Save & Taylor responded back to me very quickly. She was understanding about the situation and offered a replacement or refund. I love the earbuds so chose the replacement. She got the new order in right away and they should be shipped soon. I ordered a massager for my husband for Christmas. On the order it claimed it would be here by December 14th. I emailed them on the 16th because tracking was showing it was being held at another location and had been there for awhile.
They sent me a replacement with express shipping. I got it before Christmas. The middle of January the one lost in shipping arrived. When I contacted them to send it back they told me to keep it for my troubles.
Now I have one and my husband has one.
When I need to shop for something I will always start with Morning Save.
