I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I ordered this item on 7/1/2020, estimated delivery was 7/17. As of today, 7/24, I have made 3 separate request for updated information as to where my package is and have NEVER been contacted about my order! I do not recommend this company as a place to order from they have the worst customer service ever! Don't waste your money or your time for this aggravation. I am gonna stick with Walmart and Amazon!
I would never recommend buying from this co. I ordered a tennis bracelet that is junk! Trying to return is like pulling teeth. Ive inquired many times for an address so I can return the bracelet all I get is questions, what's the order # there was none, my address which of course I sent with my first complaint, they want a pic of bracelet which I have done twice. They obviously do not want to refund my money. Don't trust!

It's not clear that there's a $4.99 membership fee. Every time I ordered, there has been duplicated charge of same item. Look at your bank statement to make sure you are not being overcharged. Surprised Steve Harvey would endorse this company.
The Magnetic Lashes I purchased were poorly constructed did not work as expected for me. Morning Save, however, promptly refunded my money with no argument. I would buy other things from them again because of this service.
I ordered two diffusers from this company. One did not work after we received it. The customer service department responded to me quickly and resolved my problem in a timely manner. Will order from them again.

Do not order anything from this company. There is no way of contacting them if you are not satisfied with your purchase except by email. I asked for a return form & was told there are no returns on the product that I ordered. Now they won't answer my second email so I have no recourse and am out $60 for something I can even use. I don't think national television shows or anyone should be using them as advertisers

Megan responded within hours to each email I sent regarding an order that was lost in transit. She went above and beyond by not only looking up tracking info and authorizing a refund--she even said that if the order ever arrived, I could keep it at no charge. You will not find many businesses that would offer this level of service in these days and times. I truly appreciate that her kind efforts turned what was a negative situation into a positive one, and I look forward to finding more deals on Morningsave!

I ordered the wrong size, & all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Morning save currently does not offer exchanges, however the return/refund process was clearly explained by email. In addition I was informed my checking account would be credited before the warehouse received the merchandise. How amazing is that? If you have any reservations about ordering from Morning save, rest assured, you will be in good hands with their customer service team.

Sale a lot of great products. My family and I have purchased a lot of items. Awesome Crew, have questions, just email. $4.99... stop complaining, go to Post Office, smallest box will cost you at least $5.00. Ask anyone who owns their own business. Mediocre... keep on keeping on.

I feel cheated that so many tv shows are promoting this awful website and wish they would cease. The return process is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced. Its 2018, I should have to email Joe Smo to get my return "approved" and then email them the tracking number! It was expensive to ship back this stupid blanket also. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on my refund.
Purchased a west bend stir crazy. Delivery was great but when opened up the package, the non-stick coating had a tiny scratch--this was from the factory. I contacted Morningsave and they responded same day, within hours. Sent them some pics and Morninsave will be sending out replacement. That was quick after sales service. Through no fault of this company or Morning Save the Post Office was a bit rough with my order so it arrived damaged. They also unfortunately were out of the product but gave me a prompt refund. I sent an email to Morning Save due to a product I purchased that needs assembly, but there were no directions included. Lilith is the customer service rep who was assigned my inquiry. From the first time she responded, I felt assured that we would get to the bottom of this. We have emailed back and forth 3 or 4 times; when it appeared that directions could not be found, Lilith issued a refund for the purchased product. I consider that "Above and Beyond" and I sincerely appreciate being treated so respectfully. Lilith is a good representation of your company. Kudos to her.

After reading numerous negative reviews about MorningSave, I was skeptical about putting my first order in. I am glad I did. I ordered 4 items on 12/14/17 and 5 items on 12/15/17. MorningSave said delivery would be between Christmas and New Years. To my surprise and delight, part of my order arrive 12/18/17, and the rest arrived 12/20/17! All packaging arrived in tact, and as ordered. I paid $20.00 up front for a year of free delivery. Most pieces came separately. Prices on the items were excellent. I checked with other sites before ordering. I will definitely use MorningSave again! They deserve to have great reviews, too.
I have ordered many things from Morning Save since going out to stores is not comfortable right now and, their e-commerce style sure fits! They are so reliable and you know you will get the items. Not so with other sites that pop up and often are scams that often based out of China. I got burned with a couple of them. I became a member so I could qualify for free shipping. That is really an additional plus. From purses to painting sets, to electronics, to decorations they all have been quality products. I did have to contact Morning Save about a faulty solar light, AND they were amazing! They answered within five minutes and immediately took care of issuing a refund... WOW, what customer service! Morning Save deserves more than five stars. How about TEN!

Even though I had a problem with two out of three sonic water pic the communication was prompt and I felt they didn't leave me in the lurch to solve my dilemma. It was a very positive experience.

I received a product called mirror cam and set it up in my car. The thing worked for 15 minutes and then stopped working so I tried to reach tech support because MorningSave has no telephone number to call. They texted back 3 times they would call me about it but never did. They only give you a 21 day window to return the items. If this is how they do business I will never buy another thing from them. So far it's been 3 weeks and no one's called me or texted me back. I guess I'm stuck with a defective mirror cam.

Every time I have ordered something from Morning Save, the product quality has been high and the shipping fast. Very pleased with the great customer service too. When an Item I purchased didn't work, they refunded my card in less than 24 hours and had great email communication. I am very careful purchasing online and Morning save is a safe place to purchase!

I just bought a fitness tracker after seeing it on this site on a few reputable talk shows. BEWARE... the fitness tracker is not compatible with any Samsung Galaxy newer than a 7... really. When I went back to this site for a refund/return, the link takes you to the statement below...
