I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

I placed 2 orders within 5 minutes & expected free shipping on 2nd order but they charged me 2 shipping fees! Contacted them & was told I had 2 accts & therefore I would be charged 2 shipping fees! I don't recall EVER setting up 2 accts! 1 may have been a very old acct with a credit card I no longer use! But they refused to cancel 1 of the shipping fees. Worst customer service ever! Any other co would have fixed this! I cancelled 1 order & will be refusing the 1 they said was too late to cancel. They would not even give me a phone # to call & speak with a mgr! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO! TOTAL RIPOFFS!

I had an with an item and emailed customer service. They replied back within a couple of days and all was taken care of and couldn't have been more accommodating.
My very first time ever ordering from Morningsave... Although a little hiccup occurred, customer service was outstanding replied to emails right away and made everything alright.

I recently purchased a purse with a built in phone charger for my mom. I was a little nervous when I purchased it because I hadn't heard of morningsave before. I saw the offer during a TV show so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did. Unbeknownst to us, my mom was using the purse charger incorrectly. We thought it was defective. I was unhappy to find that there was no phone number to call morningsave so I emailed, hoping for a response. I received one very quickly! Customer service was wonderful. They asked me to send a picture of how my mom was attaching the phone. After I sent it to them, they sent a picture back showing the correct way to do it, along with instructions. I was so impressed with the level of customer service and friendliness that I received. My mom did what they said to do and the purse works great. She has been traveling and using it the whole time and loves it. I was very pleased with the purchase and with customer service. I would definitely use morningsave again.

My supposed package has been allegedly tracked from Texas to Indiana to Kentucky to Ohio. I live in Indiana. So why did my package go to Kentucky and Ohio and not get delivered to Indiana. Scam Scam.

Your company is disgraceful I ordered Rhonda Shira bras and they were supposed to come with cups I ordered 10 bras and they have no cups in them and now I am stuck with 10 bras that are garbage to me but I can't wear and can't seem to return because you don't have any phone number I am very very upset with your company and I'm going to dispute this on my credit card I am not going to pay for them Do not buy from this company byer beware!

I was up late browsing my Morning Save and didn't realize I had already bought one of these 10 mins before I know I had been lookin at it and thought I just couldn't make up my mind I emailed them when the second one was at my front door They said Write Return and send it back after letting me know I did order it because I was saying I didn't Not lying I really didn't think I purchased a second one Just to let y'all know it's been here for 3-4 weeks and has not even been used or even tried lol But thanks very much to MS for lettin me send that back

I ordered the Royale Blower Brush Hair Dryer and Styler after seeing it advertised on "EXTRA". When I received the item, the box it came in was in decent condition. When I opened up the brown box, the item was in a plastic bag. When I took the item out of the plastic bag, the two seals were broken. The rep says it was "normal" for the tear to be broken and that the transit of the item was the reason why the seals were broken. I'd like to dismiss that because there is no way the item in a box, in another box, in a plastic bag, could have had its seals broken due to transit. The box that stored the brush/blower was also ripped and beat up. Funny thing is, MorningSave doesn't have a phone number to call, because if they did, they wouldn't have enough people to staff their customer complaints. I've been going back and forth with a "CRAIG" and he has yet to offer me a return label. I haven't tested out the item, because I DO NOT WANT it. I've told him numerous times that I do not want the item, and still, he keeps insisting that I test out the item to make sure it works. I have given him until tomorrow to send me a return label or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank.
I had a problem with my order and Angela went above and beyond to help me! I've just started using Morning Save app and I love it!

I ordered a pair of earbuds I had then about 5 weeks and they stopped charging. I contacted morning save and they are replacing them free of charge unlike the manufacturer of the Freshebuds who said the warranty had expired and they would replace them for a fee GREAT JOB MORNING SAVE! WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
