I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
The United States Post Office just contacted me today and told me that based on the tracking number given from the report I placed for lost packages this product was never even shipped from you guys, and never reached a post office to be stamped or scanned in. You all are fraudulent, and I want a refund immediately and NOT in 10 damn days!
I ordered the "Oreck AirVantage Multi-Stage True HEPA Air Purifiers" on March 15th and paid $106 for it and it now April 2 and I still have NOT received it. I have sent messages to give MY MONEY BACK!
Only 10 minutes after placing the order I found no way to cancel it. Deceitful way of handling business.

I ordered 2 of the Olympia printed rolling duffels for a trip we were taking for just under $100. The bags were delivered in perfect condition and quick! They were a beautiful print and appeared to be well made. We used them as carry-ons for my husband and myself on the plane. Once at the airport, the zipper came off track and took a while to fix. (We had 3 fights there and 3 back.) It continued to come off track everytime you closed the bag. Such a pain. NEITHER BAG WAS PUT UNDER THE PLANE! The second bag tore while rolling through the Chicago airport near the wheels. I was reluctant to even bother turning it in. We bought them in May. Most places wouldn't even respond or else it would be an automated response.
NOT MORNINGSAVE! A representative responded within 24-hours, I believe, and stated I would receive a FULL REFUND within 10 business days! I was super surprised and VERY pleased! We shall see how long the refund takes, but if my experience so far is anything, it won't be long! Thank you again!

Order a second set of earbuds the first purchase was in April I received them with no problem so I decide to order a second set for my granddaughter in July and I get a email stating that it had been delivery. I never received them. I ask them to track down my purchase. And all I get is I received my first purchase in April. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AND WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.

I placed a second order for the 2 pack iDeaplay power pack charger on June 28th, 2023 at 10:32 AM ET. I have not received this order as of July 10th, 2023. I am disappointed because there isn't a live person to speak to regarding this order. I had previously place an order for the same item and that order came as planned. Now that I have places a 2nd order it has NOT been delivered as of this post. As, I logged into my MoringSave account to try to see how I could reach a person, I was directed to send an email. At, that point I have emailed MorningSave 5 times. In one of the emails they state that they cannot refund me until I receive this product. However, I have NOT received it in order to return it for my refund. I stated this in the last 2 emails, however, this company has not refunded me $16.44 plus & 8.99 shipping. Although, this may not be a lot of money, it's disappointing that this company will not refund my money. I don't recommend this company because they do not stand by the customer. I won't order from here again.!
