I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I have ordered several things from them and their partner site over the years. I especially appreciate MorningSave because I don't have to look every day to find that one thing on sale! Something I recently ordered was not working properly, and the manufacturer's customer service was NOT helpful. I finally gave up on the product. Chad worked with me and offered my options. Responses were quick and spot-on. I am completely satisfied.
I have had to make repeated inquiries as to the whereabouts of the products that I have ordered. Apparently, they are using Pitney Bowes shipping facilities, which has been grossly understaffed. If you don't mind waiting for a month to receive your products, then you'll like this company and it's offerings. As I told them, this is why Amazon has been so successful. Amazon gets their customers their products either the same day, next day or within a week. None of this ordering today and then receiving it in a month. As far as the quality of the merchandise, once I received it, I can honestly say that the products have been exactly as advertised, except for the Cop Cam. The video camera has never worked and the still pictures came off very blurry. But other than that, I have ordered many items from them and have been very pleased. It's just the shipping time, to receive my products, has been awful and upsetting!

I had an issue with an order. I sent them an email during this pandemic. The company rep Megan responded promptly and took of my needs in highly satisfied manner. No issues no concerns. Products are good with the company but I'm more than happy with the way they responded to my concern. Thank you morning save for being so considerate and caring.
I had an inquiry about a charge. It was an oversight by myself. They respond in a timely manner and nicely pointed out where the change was from. 100% my bad. I appreciated the time taken to resolve this issue without me feeling bad for wasting their time.

I order this watch to keep up with my BP, HR and Oxy level. The reading were so off. I sent a email to ask for a refund. They got right back to me. My money was refunded in my account in about 3 days. Very pleased :)

I ordered 4,2-pack makeup erasers and only received 4,1-packs that costs more than the regular retail price. There's a reason they have no phone contact number and customer service assured me I received the correct item. Even though I have sent my order and pictures they refuse to correct it unless I want to pay shipping to send it back and they say a refund might happen but I don't trust that either. Rude scam artists with no accountability!

I ordered 3 items, never received any of my purchases, no contact from customer service. This site has great deals but what good are the deals if you put your money out and never receive the products? I put in three separate claims and no human could call me regarding my orders, I feel like this site is a scam!

I was worry about morningsave sending to home address when im at work. So i sent a email to morningsave right away with my work address. But ms reply me after they sent my package out. USPS posted delivery date and time. But it came early and no one home so USPS left it at the front door steps. If anybody know about any city, your front step is the sidewalk. When i got home there was no package on the front door steps. Next day i email the ms rep and they kindly refunded me back my money.

I have purchased several items from Morningsave and been pleased with all but the last one. It was a set of granite coated cookware. Two of the items were warped. I could not return or send a picture. After speaking with customer service she said my purchased would be refunded. I was so pleased and thankful for this. I will continue to shop at Morningsave.

I used this company after seeing some items from the TV show EXTRA. I thought it would be great to pick up a few things at a discount. I purchased 2 wireless headphones and cute work out leggings. The leggings didn't fit they barely covered my butt. The headphones had static in them as soon as you raised the volume.
I contacted morningsave.com, and was told sorry to returning items there is no buyers remorse. The headphones I'm to contact the company directly so they will replace them if defective. The leggings there is no contact information for the company that made them(even googled the company doesn't seem to exist)
When shopping there was no clear information about buyer's remorse, not in the body of shopping, in the shopping cart, when you signed up for morningsave.com, or before I hit purchase.
So so disappointed in this website, won't shop there again.

A few years ago I stumbled across this website and have been checking there first before I buy anything on-line. The range of products is incredible, and the quality is always impressive. The best part though, is the customer service! Shout out to Reine, for all your help, and to Chad and everyone else that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Oh and meh.com is pretty awesome as well.
I was wondering how the customer service was going to be when I received a blue tooth speaker that got beat to heck during shipping on my very first purchase. Luckily they were quick to replace it for me. Good service and nice speaker.
I had problems with an order. First I relieved the wrong item. Then, when the right item came, I could not get the battery compartment to open. Both times I received a refund without even mailing the items back. This is phenomenal...
This site is the worst and customer service is ridiculous. I will never order from them again and these TV shows need to stop promoting this company they are terrible! I ordered an item that was advertised on the Doctors. It was not what was described and emailed them to ask about returning the item. Seems to be a pattern "Sorry we don't take returns, you can contact the company that makes the item for a replacement"! WHAT?!? Finally, they agreed to a return and 3 weeks later still no refund. They claim they cannot locate the package without a tracking number! Hello, I did not need one it was sent regular US MAIL!

I had an issue with one of my orders, so I sent them an email as they requested. I assumed, as with so many other companies that I might hear something back long after Christmas. To my surprise, Angela had gotten right back to me, but not only did she get back to me right away, she had already resolved the issue, and beyond my satisfaction. I purchased 2 Bamboo Comfort 1800 Series Sheet Queen sets that they claimed retailed for $109 and are available on MorningSave for $35 each. When they arrived I noticed the cheap quality and checked online for this brand at other sites. Amazon carries these sheets for $29-35. No where did I find these sheets sell for claimed retail price of $109.
I also bought a Pure Mist Diffuser with essential oils for $35 which they claim retailed for $199. Another lie! It was a cheap plastic diffuser. I went to the Pure website and found the same product for $89. And on Amazon, the same product was $29. Ok, I got what I paid for from a quality standpoint. But, I am infuriated that I got conned by false advertising.

I love ordering from MorningSave as it is so simple, they are the most discounted and most reliable seller I have purchased from. Not only is there delivery always on time, and their products exactly as represented, but their customer service is without equal. I've only had the need to contact then once or twice, but they have gone out of their way to extend most gracious and satisfying results each time. I always have something on order as I trust it will be quality and I love getting the fast deliveries of each of my orders. And if something goes awry, they jump right in the make everything good or better than I expect.

I ordered one air purifier, my checkout amount was $106. Then today I received the receipt in my email and the invoice was for 2 air purifiers, with a total of $205! There is no number to call and you cannot change your order a later than an hour after your order! Lame!
