I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
Cant find e mail but debit card charged on nov 30 2018 still no sign of package and morning save is unable to be contacted i ordered face vacumns for my teenage girls where are they if no response i will contact my bank and consumer affairs
I've ordered several items from Morning Save.com. Most products are ok but nothing fantastic (quality). One product I ordered did not have all the components in the box. I have left 3 emails with their customer service that states they will get back to me in one business day. It's been 3 weeks and nothing and no phone number to call. (Convenient for them!) So I'm basically out $69. How do I return?
The site might be ok if you want to take a chance on purchasing less expensive items, but I certainly wouldn't recommend buying over $30 - $40. Seems off brand to me. Good luck.
Customer service is stellar! MorningSave provides items at greatly reduced prices, which warrants tremendous savings. While buyer's remorse is not entertained, MorningSave stands behind their products and advertisements. Complete information had not been provided on the advertisement of a given product. When received, Customer Service, Chad & Brittany; were most helpful in honoring that all of the information would have made a difference prior to purchasing and authorized returns. Thank You!
I've been doing business with Meh, and it's affiliates (Side deal, Mediocritee, MorningSave etc) since 2017. They have great and at times hilariously quirky array of products. Customer service is stellar. It's more than just a commercial website. It's got a great community who keep me laughing but also provide real information and reviews on their products. One of my favorite products from Morning save has been the Nuvaglo bee venom serums for my face. It works wonders on my skin. Would highly recommend both the company and the product.

Had a problem with the pressure cooker that I purchased. I reached out to them and I got a quick response they refunded the amount and I didn't have to send cooker back which saved me time and hassle of going to post office.

$34.99 with a discount of 57% OFF@ $29.99. With 3.99 shipping. I was just wondering do they raise the MSRP price to $150.00 so you can sucker people into buying? Sorry for buy this from them. When I could of got it $33.98. Not $46.99. That's over $12.00 different.

Gave a friend a back massager that to outr shock and my embarrassment, was made in 2007. That's right... a 13 year old product. When I tried to return it, they wouldnt pay for shipping due to "buyers remorse" or "change of mind" returns. I wonder if it's still under warranty? Had I bought it from Amazon, it would have already been replaced.

I personally have found Morningsave to save me when in need of a gift for either a family and or friend both male and female as well as any household related purchases. It has helped me find that perfect different gift every time. We purchased a Nurxiovo Stand mixer, two months later started to have issues with not reaching bottom of bowl and not start up. Morning Save refused to help at all even enough to provide company contacts, which are not available on Internet.

Don't buy from them, they refuse to help, and are selling items from companies that are out of business, no customer service available whatsoever!

I received a text message from my daughter saying that she was going to be getting an exploratory surgery done on her colon. So I removed the Puck Bluetooth Speaker from the box, & connected it to my cell phone because I was getting ready to take a shower. That way I would not miss the phone call from my daughter that I was expecting. Needles to say I didn't get a phone call from her. But when I checked my phone it was showing a missed call from my daughter. This Puck Bluetooth speaker didn't even make a sound when she called me, & it prevented my phone from ringing.
Ashley W., is a great employee working with the Morning Save crew. She's very professional, polite, caring, considerate, & understanding. I'm happy that I'm a Morning Save customer. She refunded the money that I spent on the Puck Bluetooth Speaker without any problem.

Morning Save requires a Morning Save membership for the free shipping. But the cost of the membership is a lot cheaper than paying for the shipping on each item that you order.

I have purchased several different types of products from Morning Save, for different family members & myself. The ones that a family member or myself didn't like or changed their mind or I changed my mind about these items were refunded without any questions & the return shipping was free. I really like Morning Save, & most of the products that they sell a really nice, & well worth the cost.
I ordered something from morningSave but never received it. It was sent to an address that does not exist. I emailed them and at first they were responsive until I asked for either a refund or the merchandise be sent to me. At that point they completely stopped replying to me. VERY disappointed!

I brought an item that doesn't fit my camera, returned it and they refuse to give me my money back and had the nerve to charge the $2 monthly fee. I'm fighting with my bank now. What type of business doesn't do returns or adleast a credit? RUN!

I bought an item that was damaged when it arrived. I contacted MorningSave. I interacted with Bethany. Due to family emergencies I was unable to get it back in the mail right away. There was not a problem. I kept them updated and they were so understanding. I will buy from them again!

For some reason me my original purchase was scanned as delivered to mailbox, but it was not there. I contacted customer service and got a response from Brandon. I receiver a pair of ear pods and one ear pod just didn't work no matter what I did to wake it up. So I reached out to Morning Save and because of the pandemic they were long in responding to my requests for either help or return. I finally got Taylor Mercatalyst who first suggested something I'd already done to correct the problem, which didn't work. So, Taylor got back to me a day later apologizing and refunded my purchase. No more questions asked! I like quick friendly service. They came through... just a bit slow on my first 3 requests.

I'm upset cuz when I ordered my dash cam the directions and picture inside the box does not match what I got. The screen of the camera looks like it had been used. Due to the dullness of it and scratch marks. I'm also upset because the price was not as high when I looked at it online and then clicked purchase go to checkout. It was almost doubled that came out of my account period if anyone can help me I need to know how to return it and how to get a refund. The picture shows places for example where the on and off button should be or the TF or if card slot mine does not match what the directions show. Also the price taken out of my account was a lot more than what I saw

The company was great to deal with... merchandise arrived in a timely manner and price was amazing. I had an issue with something not working correctly and Chad walked me through the steps... when all else failed I was sent a new item! What a pleasure working with him. Saw the company and products on Steve Harvey... will order again.
You cannot beat this company's customer service. It has to be the best around. They are willing to help however they can!. They take care of any issue you have and usually the same day. Would highly recommend and prices are pretty good too!
