I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I ordered 4 sets of wireless headphones. After about a week, one set stopped working and about a month after that, 2 more sets each had one side that wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service and was working with Taylor on resolving the issue. We tried a few things with, unfortunately, no luck. Taylor stayed on top of all communication and did not hesitate to refund when I mentioned that was what I wanted. I appreciate a company where customer service actually listens to it's customer.
I recently had my first purchase with Morning save. Unfortunately there was a malfunction with the product; however I emailed the customer service dept & they immediately took care of the issue. Great customer service experience. Definitely recommend.
I had an issue with a defective product, and MorningSave not only replied to my request in a timely manner, they replaced my item with no fuss! And Taylor, my customer service rep, was very pleasant and helpful.

They have the best prices and support! They are also the best communicators in the business. I bought a smart watch from them and had many problems with it. There was NO response for the watch manufacturer, but when I contacted MorningSave, their response was within 20 minutes. I will definitely buy from them again. They stand by the products they sell.
So, something I ordered did not arrive even close to how it was described. Thankfully, of the many things I've ordered, this is the only time that has happened. Also thankfully, Taylor was the one to resolve it easily and with no hassle. Thank you to Taylor and Morningsave!

I bought an item that I wasn't really impressed with, some solar lights that looked much better in the advertisement. I sent an email, not really expecting a reply, and the next day a MorningSave associate replied that since I was not totally satisfied, they'd refund me for the item but they didn't even want me to return the lights! I certainly didn't expect a full refund at all and it just really impressed me. I will definitely be shopping with MorningSave again very soon!

I ordered a dash cam for my husband, and when we received it there was a piece missing from the suction cup for the windshield. I emailed Morning Save and received a reply within 2 days. The real kicker was that I received a new dash cam within a few days. Very professional and 1st class service. I will definitely be buying more from this company again.
Yesterday (11-18-2020) I received a package from Morningstar which was not what I had ordered. I submitted an email request to have someone look into it and received an immediate email from Morningstar that I would hear back from someone within 24 hours.
This morning, I received a very polite email from Kevin apologizing if I experienced any inconvenience and requesting a photo of the items I had received and the shipping label. I complied, sent the email to Kevin and before I knew it, Kevin had confirmed the error, placed a new order for me and told me when to expect shipment.
WOW! Extraordinary customer service.

I purchased an item that arrived partially not as ordered. The customer service team was quick to respond and worked with me to come to a resolution that worked. This is the first customer service experience I've had with any company that went beyond my expectations!
Ordered an Infinity Gold Hair dryer, it was DOA (dead on arrival). Contacted Morning Save and it was "Oh, so sorry", get in touch with Infinity. Tried to contact them for over a month, the number had been disconnected. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered earrings from Morningsave on May 11,2012 and some how my item is stuck in shipping since May 21,2012.
I've contacted support and haven't had a response. I would like a refund and I will report this company to the BBB as well as my bank. This has got to stop. It feels like a scam. Do not order through Morningsave.

They must be spending all their $$$ for celebrity endorsements that they should be spending on a contact phone number. They take 3-4 days to return emails and they are so bland you have to wait 3-4 days for another response to their vague and bland first response. Whatever product you buy you are immediately told to contact the manufacturer of that product. They are like a pimp who takes the $$$ for another's services. Also, their prices are NOT that much better than anyone can find on the likes of EBay where you can contact seller of EBay and get anything guaranteed or have your $$ refunded.
SHOUT OUT to customer service. An item I purchased ripped after using the item twice. I contacted there customer service department and it was handled very quickly. You do not have a great business, without a fantastic customer service department. I always share my great deals with my friends from this company and I will continue to do so. Thank you

Morningsave has some really great products. I only had one issue, but that had to do with the shipping company abusing the package. I emailed Morningsave's customer service (Chad was his name) and he replied the very next day. He was very polite and had great customer service skills! Chad stuck with me and resolved my problem very quickly.
I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!
Their customer service is beyond Excellent, no questions asked, prompt refund or replacement, always top notch.
Item quality... Depends on if it's from their own website OR from a partnership television program (Steve Harvey or The Talk, for example).
If it's from their own site, expect fair to excellent quality.
From a partnership program, expect it to be either rebuilt/refurbished, last of the stock that did not sell or out of date stock leftovers
After having a problem with one of the MorninSave products the company stepped up and immediately provided a refund for the defective product, turning a negative into a positive. Very professionally handled by CS Manager Chad.

I ordered blue tooth air buds on black Friday. They came and they do not fit my ears (so they won't stay in) and only one side will work. I tried to return saying I wasn't satisfied and they said, "We are sorry but we do not take air buds back". Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. I will be spreading the word how they don't take back if you are unhappy because of "hygienic reason's". Good to know they are clean but just better hope they buds fit and work or you are stuck over paying and losing out.
First of all I need to pre-empt this by saying I love the MorningSave daily deals. While regular prices through them are fair, I have gotten some great deals through the daily deals. Shipments generally are quick and the products are great.
When I received the I correct color on one of my products and provided a photo, they got back to me in a shirt time telling me a corrected order would go out in the next day or so. This compan does, indeed, understand their customers! Thank you MorningSave!

Jackie responded quickly when I said i needed to speak to someone about my two recent purchases that I wasn't satisfied with. This was the first time i purchased from this company and 2 out of 3 items i was not happy with. I just received my third item and was going to return it without trying it but now since I know there are people behind the scene to handle the concerns of the customer.

I just wanted to let you know, that even though it took a couple of weeks to get a response, perhaps technology or COVID19, I was finally able to get an answer and refund to the product I had not received.
