I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I ordered a package the first week of May and still have not received my package. I ordered early to assure I received it before my anniversary weekend which is May 31. Still haven't received it as of May 27th. I will never deal with morning save again. Word of mouth is very powerful and I am definitely anti morning save.

First off. I ordered one item and they charged me twice for the same item. I even had email confirmation for one item only. I sent an email and was told it was too late the 2nd item was sent and I can return it when it was received. 2nd mess up, I ordered 2 drones different colors. I waited weeks for them to come in the mail. I sent an email and finally got a response on the second email. With confirmation of items being sent and I notice there was a refund for one of the drones. Sent an email. They ran out of them and didn't tell me they were out of stock. Now I have 1 drone and 2 boys that they were supposed to be for. This site is a joke.
I have yet to receive any of the products that I have ordered, simply because it isn't time yet. My review is about the quick response I received from Brittany at Morning Save when I had a question on cancelling an order. I was replied to immediately and although I wasn't able to cancel due to my order already being shipped, it was a breath of fresh air to know that Morning Save and it's team really does care about their customers. I decided to keep the product in question as well as order another type of the product and I am very glad that I did. Not only will one person be happily surprised at receiving a gift, but now I can surprise two people and Morning Save is a large part of being able to do that. Thank you so much for such a devoted and caring team Morning Save.

I purchased a smart watch which was defective. I emailed as to what to do. They checked and found it was sold out so they gave me a credit. They were fair and I appreciate that. I also purchased a battery backup keychain and it works great! I will shop here again. Great selection and prices.

Horrible product quality. Ordered ear buds that were like ipod ear buds and they were 3x the size. Could barely fit them in the ear and they wouldn't stay in.
Sent back immediately never received a refund, my tracking number said they were delivered to them yet they refuse to refund me. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service. I sent back things at Christmas to couple retailers and not one was lost in the mail. Would never order from here again. And highly rated TV shows should not support them.

I saw the handbag on "The Talk". The price was right, so I ordered it. It came 3 days after the "window" listed on every email. I even wrote to Customer Service when I didn't see a shipping date. They answered promptly to say it should be here on time. It came 3 days later. Why respond if you don't flag the item? Then I wrote to say it didn't come with the strap. They said they couldn't mail a single item like that. Sorry. I love the purse, but it wasn't FREE! Terrible response.

I have been corresponding with a person named Patrick for approximately 2 weeks just to return a duvet that was erroneously shipped to me. I ordered queen sheets and to return the item it was requested that I unpackage the item to assure that the item that I received was a mistake. This item is packaged compactly and
I am sure it will not be able to be returned to the shape. The package is clearly labeled as to the contents. I am hesitant to make additional purchases from Morningsave. This has NOT been a good experience.
I did not receive my HAKOL Outdoor LED Solar lights and reached out to help resolve the issue. I received a response quickly each time I sent a message. In addition to the quick response, I received a refund in a timely manner. I really appreciate great customer service. Thank you again for handling my issue!

I ordered 2 Mangano metallic leather totes of different colors. When I received them, they were both the same color. I emailed customer service and explained the issue. Someone got back to me within a day to let me know they sent the other color I originally ordered. The totes bags are beautiful and of great quality. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

We ordered an IP camera from there who is on vacation it came in while we were gone went to hook it up found out it was defective wanted to send it back but they said I needed an invoice lost my password so I go to the URL website that they have for support it doesn't work three different computers the manufacturer will not do nothing with the camera without an invoice don't order anything from these people. No phone support not willing to do anything to email about it..

I had a minor issue with a product I purchased that a loved (I'd been on the fence about smart watches, because I have such a small wrist, bought the Chrono smart watch, and have been loving it!). Unfortunately, the charger broke within 60 days. While I tried to just purchase a replacement, I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I even tried to find the manufacturer and tried contacting the app dev. Silence. I gave up and contacted Morning Save to see if the warranty could cover it. Yup, it did and yup, my issue was resolved immediately! Morning Save has been one of those sites where you aren't so sure because everything is so inexpensive, but their service is actually awesome. I ordered two jars of cashews. When I received the order I got two jars of mixed nuts. I contacted Customer Service and they responded quickly and favorably, even though this was during the pandemic. I understood what happened since this was during the pandemic and they were inundated with the orders during this trying time. I have ordered from here before, always with great results, and now have learned that their Customer Service is excellent. I would definitely order from them again.

Anytime when you have to pay for returns. That's a company you don't do business with ever. Fake Want Be Amazon. So damn painful I would not recommend this massager.

I gave a 5 star, although I never received my product, because my issue was from my postal service here in Georgia. The postal service marked my product as delivered, but I never received it. So I went to the post office to see was my package delivered there instead of my mail box, but they were no help at all. The supervisor there didnt care and never tried to fix the problem. Long story short, after almost two weeks of no response from the post office I reached out to Morning Save and they replied in mintues about my issue and issued me a refund. I really didnt want my money back I just wanted what I had ordered. But I gladly appreciate Morning Save for trying to fix the situation so prompt. I will be ordering from them again with the refund that was sent back. Thank again.
