I received a purse that was delivered in a damaged box and purse was also damaged. Have emailed multiple times and get no resolution. All I need is my money returned and how to return this item.

Order was placed on the 17th of July and I have not yet received it - after complaining twice they finally put it into the zone of being shipped with no approximate receive date not a good way to do business everybone else I order online with I receive it within a week as the longest period of time - not WEEKS!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If there is ANYTHING wrong with your order you cannot speak to anyone, when you email them they contact you when they want and you have to pay for your own shipping if something is wrong with the item. BUYERS BEWARE!

I will never buy from Morningsave again. They are cheaply made products. I also don't want to be charged for something if I don't use it. All in all, the products are crap.

I ordered a Almost Famous facial massager. I probably could have got the same thing at the dollar store. Cheap plastic, lools like a kids toy.

Ordered sheets 12 days ago and just received email that they are cancelling my order. Why does it take 12 days to know that and possibly another 10 days to get a refund credited to my charge card.

There are days when things can go wrong but when the issue is addressed to help out, immediately the the sky is blue and I am singing a song, Thanks for all the attention and resolved the issue.

Recently had an issue with a product and a new one was in the mail to me within 24 hours of my informing them of the issue. Hard to beat in this day and age!
The most prompt and excellent service I've ever had with a company. Delivery of the product was very fast unfortunately it was defective. I was issued a refund immediately very very professional.

My package was reportedly delivered at 5:08 a.m. in the morning by the post office. (Although, I've never in my life seen Brooklyn Postal Workers at anyone's house at 5:08 a.m. in the morning.) So this package WAS NEVER DELIVERED and NEVER RECEIVED.
I contacted MorningSave customer representatives that same morning and informed them this package was NOT DELIVERED and NOT RECEIVED. And customer representative, Sean (Mercatalyst), is telling me to go to Google and find the package.
This is the most disgusting, unprofessional, unethical behavioral from any business company!

Purchased two Pop Sonic water flossers.
One wouldn't accept the pickheads. They simply wouldn't seat. The hole they're supposed to sit in was too large. The other turns itself on. I got woken up at 2am scared out of my mind by a loud WHIR WHIR WHIR. I couldn't understand where the alarm was coming from. I followed the sound to my bathroom. It was the damn water flosser. I wrote to Morningsave who wrote back telling me I just didn't understand how to operate it correctly. REALLY!?
