I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from Morning Save. I've placed 3 orders and they botched all of them. IMO - 3 strikes, you're out. First item received damanaged/defective. Second was not processed correctly and never received. Third was delayed due to problems in the warehouse. I can't deal with such unprofessional practices.

Instead, I ordered a similar product from MACY*s, a reliable, well-established company. To avoid headaches and disappointment, avoid Morning Save.

I purchased an iON HD Action Cam for my son for his birthday. It was at a extremely affordable. After I recieving my purchase I discovered that it doesnt work. I contacted the Maker due to having the Warrenty thru them and they gave me a load of garbage and wanted me to Pay them to "Examine and Test" the camera to Officially deem it Defective. I was also told to contact Morning Save and inform them of the situation. So that is what I did. And Morning Save responded very quickly and even gave me a refund. That was more than I expected and Im grateful Morning Save atleast stepped up and took care of their Customer and put me above makin a couple dollars. I will continue to use and recommend Morning Save. They have so many amazing items and clearly want all their Customers to be Happy with their purchase. And even though iON product doesnt work. I dont Blame Morning Save... Thanks All! (Didnt give a 5 star because the fact is I have a nonfunctioning camera but Morning Save did their best 2 make it right)

Customer service is hit or miss with MorningSave.com. I was sent the wrong item and was told they would mail me the correct item and to keep the wrong item. However, prior to this, I reported an issue with a defective item, and they were unwilling to work with me at all. I purchased two Lovesac ottomans. One of the two covers was too small to fit over the ottoman, so I asked to exchange the cover. I was asked to send a photo of the cover, and sent a photo of the cover on top of the ottoman. I was then asked to send a photo of the cover on the ottoman, which was what I had sent. I was then told that the ottoman was out of stock and to send the whole thing back for a refund, when it is still available on their website. After pointing out to customer service that the ottoman is still available, I asked if I could just send the cover back for a replacement because the ottoman was bulky and heavy, but was told that they could not do that. It didn't make sense to me for the company to spend money for me to send the whole ottoman back just to send me another one for the cover, especially since the cover is shipped in a separate box. I asked if I could speak to someone about just having them send me the box with the cover, but the only reply I got was that I should have already received a prepaid return label, which I haven't. I then got a response that they will only issue a refund when they get my return and would not send me a replacement when they still have the ottoman in stock and for sale.
Update - After posting this review, MorningSave.com's lead CSR emailed me and had a new cover for the ottoman sent out to me without the need to send the entire ottoman back. I'm still annoyed the initial CSR lied to me that the ottoman was out of stock and refused to work to resolve the problem, but I am glad the company eventually did what it should have done to begin with.

I've been doing business with Morning Save for appx. 8 months now. On the few occasions I had to communicate with their customer support team, they have always been very friendly and done their best to help resolve any problems of which I may of had with any of their products. They responded quickly and answered any questions I may of had, very pleased with the customer support that I recieved. A couple of days ago I happened to have a small problem with an item I purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. Upon going to their support to let them know of the issue we were having, they have a couple of dropdown menus to choose what you are contacting them about, this time one of the dropdown choices for reason I was contacting them, stated that I may be a customer that was trying to contact them because, I was, "RED HOT CHILI POPPING MAD!" When I read that, it made me laugh so hard, it was a Great Stress Reliever. Anyway, it changed the way I had been feeling all day, and I felt much lighter, so Thanks!, Morning Save!
