I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

I was totally disappointed and upset.
I emailed MorningSave immediately and requested for a refund.
Within a day or two, I got an email stating a refund/credit to my CC was completed and that I was to check on it within 10 days for it to go through.
Boy, was I surprised and satisfied that Morning Save acted so swiftly!

I placed an order with this company and then minutes later discovered that the item I ordered had several negative reviews posted about how poorly made it was. As posted on Morningsave, I tried to cancel the order within 1 hour. I received a message back saying that the item had already shipped. No way they could of shipped that fast.
First time customer and was very impressed with customer service via website/email. Speedy acknowledgement and resolution to damaged storage containers. Caitlin was awesome! She apologized and says unfortunately would not be able to replace item, but a refund was issued immediately.

Recently one of my orders came in the wrong size. After informing customer service, the respond was immediately, sending the correct size, no shipping charges. Very impressive, I will continue to be a customer and also recommend Morning Save to all my friends

It's nearly 2 weeks since I ordered. I live in Nevada. My package started in Texas then move to Indiana? Then moved to Utah. Still waiting... can't reach anyone, so I sent a email, the reply said 7-10 days for a response. What?

Purchased an air fryer. When I received it was too heavy for me to lift. Never took it out of the box. Sent an email and Brandon responded to ask me if I used it and if it was in its original box. Answered him via email and never heard back from him. Sent two more emails and still no response. Yesterday sent an email to parent company "A Mediocre Company". Am waiting for a response from them.

I have purchased multiple things from morningsave and its sister sites, meh.com and mediocritee.com, and have always been very pleased with the results, even when fedex scuffed the delivery new replacements were sent to me with no hassle whatsoever.

Bought a "supposedly" lightweight hair dryer... it's over 2 lbs... not lightweight, which is approx. 1.2 lbs. I can't hold it in my arthritic hands. They refuse to accept it as a return. They say some items are limited as another reason they do not accept returns. This hair dryer is still offered for sale on the website. They ignored the weight issue.
You need to search for their return policy. No wonder they hide it!

Horrible experience! There prices may be great, but you get what you pay for. Shipping is slower than a boat from China, and there customer service is pitiful. I ordered 2 drones and wanted to return because they are crap, not even worth the money they discounted them at. There's no phone number to call?! You got to be kidding! And I was told I would need to pay for return shipping and then confirm that they received it. Ed that hassle, they would likely claim they didn't receive and then I'd be out more money. Hard to believe that TV shows are promoting this loser company! You think they would do their homework before promoting them. We rely on that they do their due diligence.

Although there site list that they have refunds with in the first 21 days I was sent a broken item and that is not the cause. The tried directing me to another company entirely to deal with a warranty when I asked for a refund. Then I was told they don't normally do refunds. Lastly if I want to return a item that was damaged you are personally suppose to pay to ship it back. SO in the end this entire transaction is costing me money and I get nothing.
I would like to give Morning Save a wonderful review for the response that was given to me when I had an issue with a delivery recently. It seemed as if I was never going to get what I had ordered but their Support team was on it! Promptly answering my concerns and doing something about it!

The people at MorningSave are truly wonderful. When I had an issue with some Bluetooth headphones they quickly replaced them. Recently I received a power bank that didn't work and the quickly reimbursed me since they didn't have a replacement in stock.

Save your money, will not buy any of this junk again. I ordered the diffuser, the directions on use were for a completely different model. Have not gotten the item to work yet and may not work at all. Won't spend the money to return it. Lesson learned will never buy anything from this site again. I think the items are rejects or seconds.
Unfortunately, my item arrived cracked because there was no protective packing. I contacted customer service and they requested pics. Upon receiving the pics, they offered a choice between a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement and they said it's on the way. Good deal overall and good support if you experience an issue. My advice to them is to package items better.

I am new to morningsave (as was recommended to me by a friend) and thus far have loved all of my purchases! As a smart consumer I appreciate the savings and the quality of their inventory, and the wide array of offerings.
I also want to commend them on their excellent customer service. You email them with your inquiry (or request) and someone responds in a quick manner. And they resolved the issue immediately and with courtesy. As a new customer I was grateful for the email communication as this is not always the case with other online vendors.
I am definitely going be a loyal customer and visit their site on a daily basis. I had missed one day and wanted to get an item that had sold out and was out of stock. I recommend everyone browse their selections daily as items so go fast.

I bought some bamboo plates. It took forever to get them, but they were way cheaper than anywhere else, so I guess that makes sense. You get what you pay for, but these days that's better than most sites, so I'm giving them five stars.

I've contacted the company via email to ask why the items I ordered were shipped from TX to CA, left the CA facility on 12/11, then were returned to the same place in CA on 12/14. Their response was: some orders are taking longer to ship. Makes zero sense.
First and last time ordering- I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company if my package doesn't arrive by 12/23.

Wrist band is to hard to put on. Heart rate doesn't come up when tapped. Would return but your policy says no returns. Will not order from Morning Save again. Since there is no return if product is not up to standard that is expected.

I ordered a gadget as Christmas present for my daughter from morning save. However, there was a problem with the gadget, and was not working properly. After contacting morningsave to return the product, I was told my money will be refunded and I don't have to return the product. That is great customer service.

I had a situation where there was at first an incorrect tracking number then a misplaced delivery. Marco worked hard to get the correct tracking number and locate my package. During these Covid times with limited staff, shutdowns etc. obviously the mail system has suffered. Thank you Marco for your much appreciated help!
