I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I had an issue with my order and the delivery time of the product. The issue was taken care of and I was offered a partial refund for the product.
Jackie was very helpful with my issue. Not only was my problem solved, it was resolved quickly plus Jackie was a pleasure to deal with.

Better off buying directly from the individual companies. They allow returns. Morningsave does NOT. Now I'm stuck with this product!
Vacuum arrived damaged but had no trouble swapping it out. Was half price of Amazon so worth the hassle. Will look for more deals.

I bought the set of Copper pans. When they arrived one was dented and scratched. Morningsave has replaced my order, with no additional cost to me.
They hide behind Steve Harvey show to rip consumers off. Read reviews before you buy anything offline.
After receiving an order of glasses, they arrived totally shattered. One quick email and my money was refunded. No questions or pictures were needed.
