You get 3 to 4 brushes a month at an affordable price. Morphe brushes are absolutely amazing. The feel of the brushes on my face is so soft. It blends the eye shadows perfect. Can't go wrong with morphe.
I ordered 5 items over two weeks ago and have not received anything. Customer service/email response said "please be patient." It gave a so called tracking number but UPS does not have the items or packing slip. At this point I am wondering if it's fraud.
I've ordered from Morphe multiple times, and to sum it up, just hope you don't have any problems with your order. I was sent faulty brushes once (they were in horrible condition and frayed), and Morphe wouldn't exchange, refund, or send new ones. They also charge I believe $7 (shipping price) to send an item back, even if it is their mistake. I have avoided Morphe after these two experiences and don't expect myself to shop on their website again anytime soon. I recommend shopping in store if you have a location near you.

Morphe is one of the best site IMHO to purchase brushes - from foundation to eye sets, I just ordered a new highlight brush. Morphe offers so many different products now- quite a range and the quality of their eyeshadow palettes has increased dramatically over the past year. Their offerings in highlighters, lipsticks, lashes, their Jeffery Star collection is just fab. If you have not been to Morphe in a while, you have to check them out, they are some of the best packaging in the business!
MakeupbyAriel brushes falling apart after washing brushes only 1 time. I emailed them over 10 times in 2 weeks and they finally answered to 1 email and said they can't help me because its been past 30 days of the delivery. When I emailed them within the 30 days they won't reply to me! Their website says within 60 days to contact them so I don't understand why they are saying they can't help me. I kept emailing and contacting them for 3 weeks now on facebook and instagram and they would leave me on read. Their customer service is $#*!. This company is being extremely shady. I've supported them for so many years and have never had an issue with their products. The one time I have an issue they are choosing to ignore me! I will no longer be supporting them and telling everyone to not support them as well.

I asked for the cancellation and refund of my payment Only 2 days after my purchase, right when Morphe said will has a delay over 5 days for shipping my order, so as I payed for 2 days priority shipment, because I will leave the address after 3 days my purchase. After then I send emails every day asking to cancel my order and refund my payment. They not refund me yet and Today and after 12 days they shipped my order knowing that I will not be there anymore to receive it and after I asked for many times the cancellation. I still waiting Morphe refund me. The worst service I've ever had
They lost my order. After a month sent me a replacement. Took them a week to ship it. Then started getting emails with "item refunded". In the end got 1 item out of 3….
Called customer service again to ask wth and they couldn't help me…said them will send an email. I have been sending them emails since 2 weeks after my first order and no one got back to me. Terrible. Will not shop with them again.

I ordered some of Morphe's beautiful lip colors and never received them. The first order was in August, after I rec'd a text saying it would be delivered, I then received a text saying that I had moved and the shipment was returned. My address had not changed, and I'm unsure what that was all about. I called CS and informed them and they sent another package out on 9/1. I have yet to receive my package as of today 9/16/22, so I called CS and was told it had gotten lost via the courier. I asked could they send another one over night directly to my address and I was told that they were unable to accommodate. I requested a refund and that will take 3-5 days to credit back to my account. I will never buy online again with them.
This company I had never heard of fraudulently obtained my bank information and charged me $75.12 on May 12,2020.
I had never been to their website, never called them, never made any purchase from them and yet they tried to steal from me charging me for something I had no knowledge of.

I ordered back in November and it said it would be 5 days until I had my items, some of which are intended to be Christmas presents... it's been weeks and nothing has been shipped and they keep sending me the same email saying my stuff will be shipped by the end of the week and then the week goes by and I enquire again and they do the exact same thing again. This was the first time ever treating myself to expensive make up and Im so sad.
I've ordered multiple times from www.morphebrushes.com and they have never disappointed me! If your ordering makeup palettes - they come in a box with packing peanuts, WELL wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, with a second layer of bubble wrap on the inside of the individual box as well. Brushes come with their own protective covering that you can reuse when you are traveling or taking your brushes somewhere. Shipping is on time, and they have great customer service. I love a company who stands by their customers!
Placed an order 14th December for a Christmas present. Received confirmation email. On 16th received another email saying order will be on its way soon. On 17th I get another email cheerfully telling me I've got a full refund. Only by checking the status of the order on their site do I find out they've cancelled the order. No explanation why.
When I call them, I am told they oversold the product so they've cancelled some orders. 8 days before Xmas. No offer of any apology gesture (like a discount for future orders). Almost everywhere else has sold out at this late stage, and the timeframe now makes a new order a gamble.
Appalling customer service.
Morphe has a ton of makeup products at really affordable prices. Most of their items have great quality - their eyeshadows are super pigmented and creamy, really easy to use. I also love morphe brushes, they are super soft and have such great quality. Overall, I really enjoy using morphe products!
Their palettes are so worth the money. The colors are rich and pigmented, the size of the palettes are huge as are the selection of colors. I am so happy that I purchased from them. I received my order the same week I ordered it, super fast. It was packaged beautifully too. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
My package has been in the same place for 14 days. I tried to reach Morphe customer service about it and they just refuse to answer me back. They asked me myborser number and that was the end of the communication. That was 5 days ago now.
I ordered the James C Morphe pallets back in April of this year and got an email saying my package was here, it wasn't. I sent an email and got told they would look into it, they didn't. I called and got I would get sent another pallet in may and it just came in 2 days ago so it took me around 4 months to get 1 pallet witch is Ridiculous
I ordered products on 7th June and delivery was supposed to be done in 2-4 working days. Today after one week when "I CALLED" them they are telling me there was a processing error and that's why I didnt get any updates. And now the two most important palettes I ordered are out of stock and they can issue me a full refund which they should anyway. Is this the resolution I should expect after all these days I waited and went through headache of contacting them thrice and for all the excitement I had to receive my long waited palettes? I made two of my friends bought it too and they received it in 2 days and I am the one suffering now.
Guys please dont waste your time to buy online from Morphe store, they claim to deliver within 2 to 4 days but they never. Honey when I tell y'all I absolutely love and enjoy every Morphe experience! I'm always able to find what I need and when something is out of stock I am notified by email the moment it restocks! The makeup is everything and shipping is so quick. I'm never disappointed when I receive my products thank you Morphe!

I first wait for 3 week with no information, after contacting them they pretend to have made a mistake with the tracking number, i ask for a refund (the delay was already too long for me) but instead they have reshipped the package.
3 weeks later they admit to have lost the reshipped package, and ask again if i want a reshippment...
I had to ask a chargeback on paypal.
They don't pay attention to their customer, they don't listen them, for me this website is juste a scam

I RECENTLY DID A PROJECT OF COMPARING A NON LABELED EYESHADOW PALETTE FROM WISH.COM/EBAY THAT COST ABOUT 10$ AND COMPARED IT WITH THE MORPHE 350 COSTS ALMOST 20$ AND ITS BASICALLY THE SAME FORMULA. ALL THEY DO IS BUY PRODUCTS FROM CHINA AND PUT THEIR NAME ON THEM LITERALLY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE BEING ROBBED. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I ordered for the first time here. They had a thanksgiving deal. IT HAS BEEN 11 DAYS NOW. And they finally answer my phonemail after days of trying and say " oh sorry, we must've lost your package. I go to this review site and another one like this and all I see are reviews on how shipping is awful and that most packages get lost. I was so excited and waited and bought this for nothing. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

So i buy a package worth 32 dollars, one lipstick was packed and sent off, a few days later i have a refund email refunding everything i wanted.
A day later i look back on the website and all of my stuff is available ( so im kinda pissed like why didn't u just wait)

One eyeliner was sent off i send a email saying u better not be refunding me AGAIN for stuff i already bought, u gave me a discount for ur mistake and now it's ur mistake AGAIN! It's not my problem u can't label it as out of stock, why do others get it sent to them?!?! I want what i paid for not a refund i dont care if it takes a month!

I've emailed customer service twice and called because I haven't received my order that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, June 19 by UPS that was supposed to be transferred to the USPS for final delivery. I have yet to hear from anyone and the USPS says that they never received my order from UPS. I want to speak with someone because this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Palette never arrived. It was apparently signed for by someone at my house which was impossible as no one was in. Emailed morphe time and time again with no reply.
