I've ordered a couple things as gifts... "Matt" was very helpful in answering some questions. Hopefully everything fits and my son likes them. If not, I will return and according to Matt, not a problem with exchanging or returning.
Ordered and paid for a Motocross stand from Motocross Giant. I have heard nothing from them since. Going on 13 days. I have put in repeated emails in good faith and left multiple messages. Still nothing. I would say that the customer service was effective/ineffective if I actually spoke with someone. Billing is timely and immediate. Getting me the product has not been a priority. Next stop - Better Business Bureau and my 6,000 followers on Instagram.
I received a mail from Motocrossgiant that they would come back to me with regard to a simple question. After a week no reaction. I send a reminder. After a few days no reactions. I've experienced such a bad customer service from a company in the USA. Very, very bad.
Bought.and paid for a helmet that they had listed that I had been looking far everywhere. Was excited until I received notice they didn't have it in XL. They paid me back right away but it was still disappointing.
I did receive the 6D helmet as ordered. But! It took forever for them to ship. In the mean time waiting for them to ship it out, I tried several times to use their "Live" chat but every time that I tried, even when withing their posted available hours, the chat forwarded me to the online contact submission form. So I submitted an inquiry as to when the item would ship, I never heard back. Nothing,
A couple of days after submitting my question I received via email a confirmation of shipment.
Once the 6D helmet arrived I noticed that the visor nut tool (key) was not included as well as any tags, I have ordered 6D helmets before, and the packaging always included more items than the box that was received from Motocross Giant.
I don't think I will ever order from MG again - unless I found gift cards in the street.
Although the original product I had ordered was no longer available, I was promptly notified within 24 hours and item I did end up getting was the better option and cheaper in the long run. I was happy with the personal help I received.
After reviewing my order, I decided to change the size, but the order had been 'processed'. I sent an email hoping to catch the order and the order desk found it, changed the item size and let me know it was taken care of. Sounds simple, but very rare today!
Ordered on 12/15. Called to check status and had to pay extra shipping to guarantee holiday delivery; not satisfied. Prices were good. Free t-shirt was not desirable; that is why it's free. Packaging was not good. Came in bag that was ripped. Goggle box was smashed and goggles were in separate packaging. Extra packaging for items that could be damaged would be better suited.
I have ordered from MotocrossGiant for years and have never had a bad experience. The deals are amazing. I have two growing kids so I replace gear every 4-6 months. Without MotocrossGiants great deals I would go broke putting gear on me, my wife my daughter and my son. Thank you MotocrossGiant
I ordered some motocross gloves and goggles for Christmas. The order was handled promptly and correctly. My only issue is they shipped the goggles in the flimsy box they are packaged in without putting them in a second box or reinforcing the original box. When they got to me, the box was battered but the goggles were ok thankfully. All in all, a good experience.
I was looking for a Scorpion clutch sport jacket, retailed at 499.00 then I saw an add from MotocrossGiant same jacket for 329.00 was the black/green jacked I ordered right away, well got a call said that jacket was over sold, the sales person was so helpful she said I could get the red/white or the black/white but would be 500.00 but after a little finessing she said she could do 349.00 that being said don't think you can find a Scorpion jacket any where at that price, got the jacket and love it. I ordered and received 3 helmets in a timely fashion. These were additional helmets as I have ordered from MotocrossGiant in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality, price and delivery time.
On Febuary 9th, I ordered a T shirt from here via standard ground delivery (5-8 business days.) Unhappily, I am still waiting for my one industries t-shirt to show while looking at the date on my calendar reading, "Febuary 21,2016." This is why This is why I gave a rating of 1 out of 5 stars.
The man who helped me was Brandon M. He was a very good help for getting me the items I needed! The communication via email was phenomonal and he is a very great asset to your team! Thank you for making this an easy process!
Despite being shown as available, the item I ordered was actually not. The only bright spot was they actually contacted me to say it wasn't available and never charged me. Frustrating, but at least it wasn't a rip off...
I spent as much on shipping as I did on the shirt to get it within 3 working days. No where does it tell you they don't ship for 3 days THEN the clock starts ticking on the 2 day shipment. It wound up taking a week to recieve. If I had known that I would not have paid for the "quick ship". Very disappointing.
But the shirt is great!
I have been buying stuff on line for my kids since some years ago. I´m glad and very satusfied with the service.
One little comment is last time (I guess it was Feb or July, not sure), motocross giant charge ten dolars for confirmation of my credit car, at the end my card was not accepted for some reason, but Motocross Giant NEVER reimbursed those ten dollars to my account. Other than that... I´m glad with your service.

This is the second time I buy on this website, and the first time I was very satisfied with the service, the products, the wide range of brands that motocrossgiant has! And that impulse me to buy a second time, till now I haven't receive my order, I'm waiting for it! But I'm looking forward to having it on my hands! I ordered a pair of dirtbike pants and a jersey to be custom printed with a name and number on the back. I waited until pretty close to Christmas so I was worried that they would not be shipped in time. However, I received a call 2 days after I submitted the order that my items were available to be picked up at the Camarillo location. Everything was exactly how I ordered it with the name and number on the back of the jersey and everything. I was very satisfied.
Items are Christmas presents for my son (age 6). So i have no feed back on all items yet. But as far as the shipment... They crammed all the items in a box that was too small. I purchased sticker sets for my sons TTR-50E motorcycle and they wadded them up and shoved them in the box. Many of the stickers are no good. That just sucked. I don't have time to fight this so I won't be returning to Motocross Giant again - way to many other "professional" options out there to purchase parts.
Website was easy to navagate. I forgote to add the goggles at a discounted rate on my helmet purchase so I called customer service and they added them to my order at no charge (WOW). My order came with-in the expected timefame. Helmet looks great! I will be the wife of the year this Christmas!

I bought this motorcross outfit for my 9yr old grandson, the outfit appears to be a good quality, he is getting it for Christmas. My only complaint was I called the store for details about another outfit and I just felt the person on the other end was kind of rude and not very helpfull I ended up buying a different outfit online.
Had a good experience with customer service rep. The visor I ordered did not state in description it was the 3rd series of the Rockhard helmet. I had to get a RA#. I only hope I get the full refund...
