I've ordered a couple things as gifts... "Matt" was very helpful in answering some questions. Hopefully everything fits and my son likes them. If not, I will return and according to Matt, not a problem with exchanging or returning.
Ordered and paid for a Motocross stand from Motocross Giant. I have heard nothing from them since. Going on 13 days. I have put in repeated emails in good faith and left multiple messages. Still nothing. I would say that the customer service was effective/ineffective if I actually spoke with someone. Billing is timely and immediate. Getting me the product has not been a priority. Next stop - Better Business Bureau and my 6,000 followers on Instagram.
I know absolutely nothing about what I was purchasing so used live chat which was very helpful. Shipping was very prompt ensuring delivery on time for Christmas. Thank you.
The order process was easy and the delivery was faster than expected. The items looked good and are for my son-in-law who will give them a more thorough inspection.
I was a little upset about how long it took to ship, but was surprised on how fast it got to me in Ohio. I will for sure order again as long as they have the best price. They have so far.
Ordered gear for my son with a gift card from my team. Emails and calls from customer service were great. Not having the sizes and the slow shipping were not as good as Rocky Mountain.

No issues really except it took over a week for my order to ship. I ordered a jersey from a different website and received it before you even shipped my order
I received a nice product in a fairly timely manner. The price was a bit steep though. However, you were the only company I found that carried anything for an infant/toddler... so thank you for that!
I have made several phone calls for tracking information, they keep telling me they will return phone call with the information but I haven't heard anything yet.
The receipt states the item I requested but the actual shirt is different. Now I need to take the time to return it and hope our arrives before Christmas.
It arrived quickly after ordering considering it came from the US to Canada.
Was correct and easy to pick up and know where it was with the e mails, phone calls and delivery notes.
I had an issue with the package shipment, but all the people from the Customer Support Team helped me to solve the issue and I get the package as expected.

I went through the payment process there wasn't a currency converter and what I thought I was paying for my order wasn't what you were trying to take from my credit card the difference was lots and I was not willing to pay that much more
I ended up canceling my order not happy
I was having difficulty tracking my order, customer service was helpful and helped me my order came the next day and the youth dirt bike clothing I ordered was exactly as pictured.

I bought a GEL battery for a motorcycle. The electrolyte does not boil away even if it is damaged it doesn't leak.
Of course the battery is one of the expensive ones, but the quality is perfect.
I ordered a motocross jersey for a Christmas present. My order was processing for almost a week when I decided to email motocrossgiant customer service because I didn't understand what was taking so long for my order to ship... when I received an email back, only 2 days before christmas from customer service they told me that there was -1 jersey in stock and that they could not complete my order for me... I never received a message from the company telling me this jersey was out of stock. If I hadn't emailed customer service, I wonder if I would have ever received anything from the company? Customer service offered me to pick out another item, or a full refund. I was so upset, especially because it was 2 days from Christmas and now I had no gift to give... I wanted a full refund ASAP. I received the refund nearly a week later... Initially I was pleased with the website, but I doubt I ever use this company again. After learning that the jersey I wanted was out of stock I went back to the Internet to see if I could find anything similar... I found the same exact jersey in a better variety of sizes for about $20.00 cheaper on a different site, and it shipped the same day I ordered it. I guess I learned to do more research before ordering online...
It's been about 5 or 6 weeks and stiil no pants and they did horrible at putting custom letters and numbers on jersey and sent me wrong pants two time on my first order
Hat that was shipped was a youth size and not an adult size. Also, the hat I ordered was not sent and I received the wrong hat. This was a Christmas present and my son was very disappointed.

My only concern is about your display online and the items on your stocks. They are not accurate. You have in the display online but you don't have stocks of actual items. You need to update your stocks on your system time to time. What you have in the display or in your system should be actually available. Because after i done my orders and payment, after 1 day i found out that one of my orders is not included because you don't have stocks.And after a few days again one of your sales representative inform me via email that one of my orders is cancelled due to item defect and she refunded my money. Actually it's very dissapointing to me, but i told him to change it by the same model, the same price even different in color only to close the deal. Actually, i want to buy more items in your store but the problem mostly of your good items is out of stocks.And the last thing is i don't know now the status of my orders because you didn't send me any update or tracking nos. For me to trace or track my items. Thank you.
My account has been charged and I still haven't got my order or an email about when my order will ship. I placed the order Feb. 14th and have heard nothing from them.
I placed my order, got a confirmation email, then a few hours later, I received a call saying that my order wasn't in stock. Had to buy from another dealer.
Ordered products and was given repeated delays untill my product was finally shipped a full 6 8 after order... only response was to apologize and refer to a competitors website to buy the product.
