It's almost been two years since I first ordered, I mainly bought outer layer tops that I wear almost every day and everything is still in good quality. Packaging was ripped open when delivered but nothing was damaged. Shipping speed was average. I had ordered "extreme waterproof gloves" and I was pleased to discover that my hands did stay dry after having the glove fully submerging into water. I liked the gloves so much that I've ordered a second pair as a spare.
I purchased snow boots, there is only a thin layer at the bottom inside, my feet are on the plastic, very cold and uncomfortable. Don't waste money! Pictures shows what the boots look like now just after one month of wearing.

I did have to buy more boots for daughter
I just got a Mountain Standard Cold Front down jacket and was very disappointed. The down was not evenly distributed so there were numerous gaps where cold comes in. I am in Canada so the return would have cost me almost $100 and I was not willing to add to my losses. This will just be an expensive Beater jacket.
Purchased a Summit 250 sleeping bag.@ '1/2' price it seemed reasonable. There's no way it was ever worth £80. The bag was not good quality. On second use the stitching at the zip failed.
Positive: No quibble refund. Negative: Cheap item that failed that I had to return.
Never trust a shop whose items come with pre printed sale price labels attached.
MH used to be a good alternative to better known labels, but now it's all about pile it high & sell it cheap.

Ordered on Jun 28,2020. As I am writing this review, it still has not arrived! The delivery was supposed to be a 7 working day guaranteed. During this time, I went on my camping trip, came back, and contacted their support twice. Twice their answer was utterly useless. No explanation as to where my package is nor when it is going to finally arrive; according to them, I should just be patient and forgiving!
Anyway, please take my advice, stay away from these clowns. Order on eBay, Amazon or any professional, literally every shop is better than Mountain Warehouse.

These boots fail in every way. Besides not being waterproof after a few months of mild use, when I stepped on some pebbles the sole got holes, and the insole gets unstuck and folds into itself which really hurts my feet. Besides, they don't really conform to the form of the foot. That said, they did cost 40£ so maybe that was my mistake.

Recently purchased two pairs of adventurer women's waterproof boots in size 7. Durable, true to size, and price is great. I use these boots on mild to moderate hiking with my dog. I would purchase again. Very satisfied.

Bought a rain coat with their brand on it, as didn't have many options at the time. The zipper for one of the pockets broke almost immediately. Avoid buying worthless trash, but also don't fall for the 'minimalism' agenda. Just get stuff from honest craftsmen, not shady corporations.
I can use the gloves themselves, but the attachment allowing me to hook them onto jackets, bags, etc. fell apart in less than a year! It was a huge reason for purchasing the gloves, other than being windproof. Contacting customer service is a train wreck given my 2018? Refund for a return that still hasn't happened. Trust pilot's invited reviews are sketchy given most are favorable towards Mountain Warehouse. I happened to look up Ecco earlier today, and their invited reviews INCLUDE less than glowing reviews for a company that is highly rated across all categories. Still will NOT buy another item from Mountain Warehouse given the poor customer service, and product support when their item prematurely fails.

Do NOT buy from Mountain Warehouse unless you are prepared to throw away what you buy in the event the item fails. Mountain Warehouse customer service in the UK has serious attitude issues where they lied about a 2018? refund that still hasn't been voluntarily returned.
Order boots ladies size 10 received men's far too big even with large socks Velcro will not go over the boots to tighten up. Feel like bozo the clown. Made it very obvious that I wanted ladies size. Due to the fact I was working and could not wear until months latter could not return. Very disappointed.

They advertise a faster delivery via DHL for £5.95 with 1-2 days. It arrived in 3. As pedantic as it sounds the bottom line is they refuse to refund the delivery charge nor accept they didn't deliver within the promised time frame. Once a complaint is raised they simply run you around in circles and not answer any questions put to them.
Obviously they blame this on COVID 19, and that's fine but at least respect the customer and not answer questions that were not as asked. It just makes your operators look stupid. Only scored one star as there is no zero!

I have returned a coat, I have bought 2 different coats to compare quality etc as at this time we cannot go into the store and I have previouslybought a fully waterproof coat, from MW only to have it leak badly in the first brief shower I wore it in. I returned the coat nearly 3 weeks ago and have had to chase this to get my money refunded. I have been informed I need to wait 3 weeks before contacting MW again as their refunding is taking longer than usual. The problem is I will now be charged interest on my card. I think this is a very unfair system when other Companies are doing their best to continue with extra customer service MW does not seem to care for their customers at all. I also had to return the original invoice that came with the jacket so have to go on line to get all the information.
I bought a pair of walking trainers from MW. They were really comfortable but on their first trip out on wet grass, my feet got absolutely soaked. Took them back for a refund and the member of staff was very helpful. However, he couldn't guarantee that if I bought a replacement pair, they would be waterproof!

I've bought many things from there. They're ok. Quality is not great don't expect things to last too long. If you get something for a cheap price it might be fine but i wouldn't pay full price for their items because they're just not worth it.
Worst water bottle I used in my life. Affected my health.
I used a water bottle and the material inside is peeled off and we can't see inside the water bottle since they are not transparent. Send out the bottles to Mountain warehouse for inspection. They just do the visual inspection and came into a conclusion that improper use of water bottle. I never used any chemicals to clean the water bottle. They never did a material inspection and they dispose the evidence. They didn't even inform me what is the outcome until I contacted after few months. Really bad customer service. Please try avoid buying these kind of water bottles
I bought three "fleecy lined jumpers" and three beanies from these scammers and am disgusted at how they do business. The jumpers are not fleecy lined and I've never received the beanies. Now up to my tenth email, providing proof of sale and I have consistently received a generic response telling me if they haven't heard from me in five days they will presume the matter is resolved. I still marvel at how people can just thieve the money of honest people.
I spent $116 on a coat that was never delivered. FedEx said the shipper had to file the claim. Mountain Warehouse won't answer my emails or my calls. I will now go thru PayPal to see if they can get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews first. I also wish there was a -star.

One of the worst stores I've ever had to deal with! Ordered a coat in store with Jessica coat never arrived called was told issue with shipments new district manager ect ect would call back no one called back called four days in a row was told went to post office I went t yo the post office never went there! Was returned back to wrentham store but they do not know where as it said in Saturday and they don't know where it is! Day 5 finally get a phone call back unity alit if blah blah blah excuses so the time change the this the that.bottom line supposedly now claim it was returned to Canada warehouse! So after having my money for a month no coat and all the hours it's taken to get a answer. We will remind your money they don't have any if those coats in black in your size so it was the only one apparently that they had made in small! So May untruths and so much bull with constant lying. They will take your money, not send you a confirmation email, and when you do get in touch they ask for your order number(that they do not give you) say they will be in touch, don't get in touch. When you get in contact with them again, they say they will pass this on to(blah blah) team and if you dont hear from them then that is good news. Absolutely worse site ever! Thought my daughter was going to receive her brand new winter Jacket just to pay $80 NZ and receive nothing but lies. People who do this to people deserve Sh*t. Don't buy from these low lives!
I ordered jacket and walking boots 2nd Dec. Started chasing after 8 days but customer service never returned my emails. I finally heard from them today 14 days later blaming Hermes that package was "lost"and telling me the jacket is now out of stock and I will need to request a refund. Boots haven't even been sent.

I ordered T shirts in size 12 and pants in size 14. What I received was T shirts in sizes 12,14 and 16.
Same with the pants size 12 14 and 16. These are cotton pants so I doubt the 12 will fit after laundering.
The water proof rain jacket turned out to be anything but, as I got home from my hike soaked to the skin in a rain storm. Very disappointed and I won't be back

I received a Mountain Warehouse Soft Shell jacket as a present and condensation builds up on the inside and especially inside in the sleeves When I put on the jacket the following day it is still wet When I returned to the store and enquired if it was a common problem I didn't get much satisfaction
