It's almost been two years since I first ordered, I mainly bought outer layer tops that I wear almost every day and everything is still in good quality. Packaging was ripped open when delivered but nothing was damaged. Shipping speed was average. I had ordered "extreme waterproof gloves" and I was pleased to discover that my hands did stay dry after having the glove fully submerging into water. I liked the gloves so much that I've ordered a second pair as a spare.

I purchased snow boots, there is only a thin layer at the bottom inside, my feet are on the plastic, very cold and uncomfortable. Don't waste money! Pictures shows what the boots look like now just after one month of wearing.

Purchased three full snowsuits, hats, scarves, and socks from the retail store. The snow pants were worn skiing ONCE and developed a HUGE tear in the rear and when he fell in the snow. A second pair of snow pants were also split across the back just from being put on. I had to return these online because we'd moved away from the city where the store was located. It took THREE MONTHS of e mailing back and forth before the following series of e mails:

"We confirm that we have received your address, a photo of the snow pants, and proof of purchase. Please take your items to the store for a refund."

My response: "I was returning them online because I moved. I need to return them online.

And theirs: "We confirm that you can return your items online. Please provide a photo of the item, proof of payment, and your full name and address"

I ended up making the THREE HOUR trip to our old town, just to be told by an employee that the manager wasn't in that day. Stayed in a hotel and was told by the manager that they can't accept returns MORE THAN 3 MONTHS after purchase! I first contacted them less than a week after purchase.

This really sucks because their coats are the best I have ever owned. This experience had really soured me on buying anything from them ever again

Buyer beware. Do not buy from them via Amazon. Sizing is inaccurate and their customer service is awful.

I bought this on sale but if I buy this original price I would be more angry with this. When I took off the fur snap broke very easyly.

I have had an ongoing complaint with Mountain Warehouse since late July! I ordered a jacket and was sent the wrong size. I returned it 31st July and was finally contacted regarding a replacement on 9th August. I had an email 11th August confirming that a replacement was ordered for me. I have today 14th August received a standard email just giving me a refund claiming that the jacket ordered was out of stock - yet when I log in and look online, the jacket still shows as available. Then it turns out that despite me returning a WOMEN'S jacket, they have failed to process this correctly and instead tried to order me a MANS jacket as a replacement - why on earth would I send back a women's jacket and request it be replaced with a mans jacket. The customer service I received is terrible and this covers both emails I sent them and messages via Facebook, they are incompetent, very unreliable and I received a completely unsatisfactory service. I will not be ordering anything else and until now I was a very loyal and happy customer.

Charges me twice and won't refund! Won't even reply to me. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this company!

We bought boots for $120 and recieved broken ripped muddy torn boots THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND THE REFUND IS IN 28 DAY WICH IS PAST CHRISTMAS we are not happy about this!
