It's the second time Movistar charged mi for Bolsas I didn't buy. I topped up my account and there should be enough money for 5 bolsas renovating every week, so I should have internet for a month. But they charged me for bolsas every day instead of every week.
The first time it happened to me they at least issued a refund. Without taking into account all inconvenience, but they refunded me. This time they said that those charges weren't automatic and therefore they wouldn't refund me. Horrible service! Never going to use Movistar again.
