Leased a printer for 3 years. Called to have MRC pick up machine after 3 years. They did not get back to me until lease was expired. Contract states I have to pay over $500 to return machine and ship to another city outside San Diego. That cost is another $300. Plus machine broke down and it took 2 weeks for a repairman to fix. Additionally, they have other charges that you have to pay that were not stated at time of lease. Such as if you do not order something from the parts department, you are charged quarterly. Very strange. Also their billing department is a piece of work. They had me pay an additional payment just in case I did not make a monthly payment. Now they say they have no record of that payment. All in all I give this company MRC in San Diego and LA. A very poor grade and highly recommend you find other companies that lease office equipment. There are many to choose from, I just picked the wrong one.
