DO NOT GO TO "Mr Carls" in Somerset Ma if you've never been there, or even if you have! Apparently being a new customer gives them license to be rude. I went there for keratin, and mentioned to the stylist that I usually smell the product when having it done. She told me that they were using too much product then. Well apparently she was not using enough because my hair frizzed before I even washed it and I waited 3 days instead of the usual 3. So after spending $180.00, $150.00 and a $30 tip I called. I said I didn't want my money back but could they do something and was told quite rudely by the manager "no, you're not a regular customer and you don't buy our products". Honestly she actually said that! I've been getting keratin for years so I know how it's supposed to turn out. Do yourself a favor and anyone else you know and find another place!
