Horrible experience

I bought a gift for my fiancé's birthday. It's a ring and I only received AN EMPTY BOX without ring! I contacted them 4 times and kept being told the investigation is in process. It's been 2 weeks already! What should I do in this case? That's ridiculous! Wordless! No response yet. Who has the gut to buy expensive stuff from a website like that again? They don't care and 24/7 customer service means no solution at all and no explanation. Will never trust them again

Never got my items

I tried ordering some cufflinks and got a confirmation that it was sent to Brooklyn, NY. I double checked the address on the order to make sure the mistake wasn't mine and the address on my order was entered correctly for upstate. I emailed them with screenshots of both address and after over a week of waiting I got an email addressing me by someone else's name with information about someone else's issue with their order. I apologize to Mr. Stack out there looking for his sweater, maybe he has my cufflinks. Not holding my breath for a resolution on this one, off to call the credit card to refute the charge.

Bad communication

I've called the CS team now 3 times. They always say that they will get back to me, but never happens.
Next time will then be the 4th time calling them as this case is not yet solved.

I'm simply just trying to get my refund for 2 items.

I will definitely not be buying from them again, even though working with Mr Porter as my client. Very sad.

This review is Specific to Porter furniture shifting division.
They work on a outsourcing model and they have tied up with the most low cost cheapsters who have no experience in professional services.
Looks like their managers work hand in glove to select the service companies.
Had a very very bad experience with one of them. Complained to the manager but not much of action taken.
If higher ups want to understand, I have some voice recordings of the person who shifted our furniture, for them to understand how dirty and unprofessional they were.And gave us such a bad time.
Pls avoid porter service for house shifting.
They work on a flop model.

Terrible Organization

I never write reviews, but I am for this one. I have never engaged with such a terrible organization. Customer service is insanely poor - so bad they may as well not have or offer it. Even for Premier Service I have waited more than 2 hours on the phone line for an answer. Email takes a week to respond; then they turn up with no notice to collect a return.

Items are fine but customer service is appalling. Very said as I buy a lot of designer items online. I will never use Mr Porter again and will advise all my friends against them.

Great website to use!

Just received my stussy hoodie and completely in love with it, after seeing the reviews I was hesitant to use the website but went ahead anyways and don't fault them at all! Because of the item being rare was shipped from Italy from one of there over wear house's and received the item within a week which baring in mind with COVID happening is pretty damn good! Got hold of customer services to see where my item was at and they we're spot on with helping me out where my parcel was! Would highly recommend.

I ordered a wallet for my bf' birthday but after it arrived, my bf thinks it's too big for him. So I want to have the refund for it. When I try to contact them by the hotline, i am 100% sure the cs can hear me. But after she said hello, and I told her I want to do the refund.

She just directly HANG UP the phone call and pretend she can't hear me. This is crazy and totally not acceptable. The attitude is so disappointed and I will never shop from mr. Porter again.

I did not receive the item I ordered, but a cheaper item instead. This was for a gift so time was of the essence. Mr. Porter customer service did not care and all they could do was tell me I could return it as long as it wasn't used. They were more concerned about whether I used the item than about why they sent me the wrong item. No other remedies were given, not even sending me the correct item or refunding me the difference between what I ordered and what was sent to me, even though I gave them that option. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and will not be shopping with them again.

Ordered a shirt for $220 for my son's birthday and at check-out was advised shipping would take "slightly longer". It now two weeks later and i'm told it was coming from their "warehouse" in Italy and was still in customs, after which it would be sent to Mr. Porter's U.S. warehouse, where it would take a couple days to process and then mailed to my son, for receipt three weeks later. I later found the same shirt for 140 Euro, with 2-3 day express delivery for free. Very deceptive practice.

Sub standard goods

Wait 20 days for delivery, then Send out damaged goods.
Wait 17 days for a refund, then have the audacity to charge me for the postage and only send a partial refund.
Pathetic customer service and non existent quality control.
Would never use again

I ordered a pair of shoes, got a confirmation email and got charged on my credit card. A few hours later my order got cancelled for no reason. I checked my credit card and the charge was still on it. After contacting their costumer support, they basically told me that I had to contact my bank and ask the bank to give me my money back. I now have to wait for three months to get my money back after I filed for a fraudulent charge. I also contacted the FTC for this, and if you got scammed I recommend you do too.

Awful communication

Ordered two pairs of shoes here on two separate occasions. Made both purchases between 2-3 hours of each other. I received one pair, and after not receiving the 2nd, I decided to reach out to them. Because it was my first time shopping there, there was some sort of "verification error," as it was explained to me.
1. never received an email or notification telling me to verify my account
2. My second purchase was cancelled and I was never made aware of it until I called
3. They cannot help me receive my order, I now have to go back to the website and purchase them again. The item was on sale and it is no longer on sale. Additionally, my size is no longer available.

I bought a pair of yeezys with them and any one who has tried to buy yeezys will know because of the exclusivity it's hard to manage stock control. But I clicked on my size and ordered.

I read all the negative reviews and was worried it would take long to get my order, plus on the second day I had not received any dispatch information so I decided to call customer service and they were really helpful and told me exactly where the package was and moments after I received tracking information and to my surprise the order came on the third day. The product is real and I am very happy.

And FYI I ordered from the uk during coronavirus times

Contacted Mr. Porter to let them know that I was missing items that I have ordered it took them one week to respond to my email for them to tell me to send another email in explaining what was missing in my box and pictures which I did I received another email from them a week later asking to take more pictures this website and company gets a one star form me I will never do business with them again Very unprofessional and dishonest

Worst experience

Premium online shopping is not only about the convenient website interface, beautiful packaging and express delivery. Mr. Porter does not produce it's own goods and even the most premium brands have defective things once in a while, but... the quality of service, the lack of customer focus and rudeness that you will encounter in this store can not be compared with anything. The business development department could use my case as a vivid example of how to lose a potential loyal customer (and not just one, bad experience is usually spread way more then a good one). I have never written reviews before, but Mr. Porter definitely deserves 1 star. Greetings to Marta from the customer service department. And how do they answer the phone, it's better not to start. Even the tax office staff is more friendly during the declaration period

Spent numerous attempts to have my order delivered to Russia.

For whatever reason, after years of receiving to the work address, issues with Italian customs started arising.

Provided company name, personal use statement on the phone to Mr Porter customer service. All took in excess of two weeks so far.

Upon contacting DHL found out they never received any responses to info requests.

Extremely ugly logistics set up where Mr Porter apparently hires a transport co who deals (or more exactly - does nothing to deal with) issues with delivery.

Will not purchase again

I placed an order for xmas and called a few days to inquire since I had not yet received it. I was told they had the wrong zip code but would amend and ship it promptly so it could arrive before the holiday. I called again and was told that the order was cancelled and that I had to place a new order. I realized that the shoe size was sold out so I called again. During this 3rd phone call, I was told to wait a few days before placing the order. I did. Low and behold, the item was sold out and there was nothing they could do...
