Please avoid using this software and company. The software never fully works and many of the options fail after a few days. But most of all the company will try to cheat out of your money. They put pop up ads for renewal subscriptions on your software home page, and if you accidentally touch the pop up ad it will renew the subscription and debit the amount from your account. This happened to my account one day after I had renewed the subscription. I request a refund but this company does not do refunds under any circumstance. Their refund policy basically rules out every option. Scam operation please avoid at all costs.

I purchased the product on Monday. Loaded it onto iCloud. Only received ONE update on the app and it was a minute after putting it on the phone. Since then I've gotten no updates. The phone has been backed up to iCloud numerous times. I've tested and not gotten anything. I've emailed support NUMEROUS times and have yet to receive a message back. My subscription days left goes down every day and I have yet to even be able to get anything from them. Horrible program and horrible customer service. Waste of money!

I'm on an android phone and the app partially worked for about a week, then it started giving me a message that the phone was not communicating with mspy anymore and would need to be re-installed. Re-installing is time consuming and somewhat tricky. After re-install it only works for a day or two and then fails again. I purchased an annual subscription and basically got only a week of useful function - I would avoid purchasing this software if I were you.

This app does not work. Their 14-day trial is a lie. They will charge your card immediately and then when you discover it doesn't work and messes up your phone within a day, they will deny your refund. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I have purchased a 3 months subscription of MSpy plus premium support. After 5 days I have asked for refund because the app didn't work at all. I have contacted the billing support several times and everytime they promised to respond within 3 working days - I have never received any response. Now, even though my subscription should still be active even the chat doesn't work anymore. It keeps showing that the agents appear and then immediately disappear from the chat. This is what they call premium support! What a waste of money.
