The software installation and setup process is overwhelming and it requires a lot of effort to get working. No trial period so once you subscribe you are locked in. Additional charges for add-on features that I didn't want or wasn't aware that I purchased. Requested a refund after noticing additional charge on bank statement and not going to use the software, but there is NO refund policy that they will honour.
Excellent service! It helps me confirm that everything is fine and that my child isn't getting into risky situations.
