I turn 55 this month. After using this duo for a couple of weeks I notice a vast improvement in my fine lines and spots. I would highly recommend. See current photo for details. I look forward to seeing more improvements in the weeks to come.
First of all, they had a buy one get one free special for a product I wanted. It was $50 total for a kit. It also came with 5 free samples. After I buy, come to find out, the product sold and shipped BY THEM on Amazon is only $16. Not only that, they ship and say some items are out of stock, so they will issue a refund. The things out of stock were the 5 free samples. Worst buying experience ever.
I have been their customer for more than three years, I love their products, but I stopped purchasing their products from the company because they started to charge about $9 for the standard shipping; however, I can purchase the same products with the same price with free shipping at Amazon.
I tried their 30 day acne control and it gave me a chemical burn. This shiz is trash, my skin hurt so bad, looked like an angry tomato, and now it itches like crazy a week later. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, buy something more natural and not such a ripoff for TINY products. It's a shame, I used to use their acne gel years ago, with no issues, seems like they just care about money now. Murad will surely make you oh so sad.
Murad products are EXPENSIVE - my girlfriend requested some of this stuff for her bday, but this place is insanely expensive. Is there another website that I can buy this at?
Never order directly from there website. I paid 10 days ago and still havent received my order.no purchase receipt from them and when you try to call them... theyll keep you on hold u till you hang. Wonderful products but they are loosing sale because of bad customer service.
Murad sells packages on its site. They do not provide any information about the size/weight of the product. We ordered 60 day Acne kit and received 30 Days Acne Kits - all travel size tubes. Requested RMA but they refuse to provide pre-paid return label that is customary on eCommerce. Beware of scam.
I've been ordering Murad products for some time now for my mother. I places my order April 30th since they were adding a Mother's Day gift to the order. I didn't receive my by Mother's Day I actually received the product 3 weeks later and without the gift. Customer service states it's while supplies last but when I tracked my order initially the product was Included in the order. There chat service is the worst as well they do not chat via email so when they respond you have no way of knowing and if you take more than 5 min they close up the chat and do not resolve anything for you.
I ordered the InvisiScar over 5 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. Each time I call they give me the run around telling me it will arrive within the week and give me "points" to compensate me for my troubles. At this point I still haven't received my order and in fact it was cancelled on their end and the money was reimbursed a couple days later out of no where. I reordered it and still haven't seen anything a week later. Customer service does nothing and just keeps saying the same thing with no resolution.
This site is amazing for anti aging skin care products. The site is very easy to use. If you have a specific skin concern like wrinkles or age spots, you can search for products based on your needs. Their products make a huge difference. It is also great that they show hundreds of reviews for their products, so you know the experience of others before purchasing. This site is a godsend.
Murad received my returned products on July 14,2020. Their website claims to process your refund 5-10 days upon receipt of products. As of today, August 4,2020, I have not been refunded. I have heard multiple excuses on their end regarding the refund issue. Beware that obtaining your refund is not an easy process, at least not according to my experience.
Based on the products I bought which I found very expensive compare to others. To my disappointment, they really didn't help my skin issues. I contacted them but I was not eligible for a full refund because it was past 60 days which is fine but I learned that just because the product is expensive, doesn't mean they are effective!
Great products and I especially like their acne clearing line. I have sold these products for years and my clients have always enjoyed them. You can buy them locally through sephora and professional estheticians may also sell them. They even sell "skin vitamins" which are supplements designed to help the appearance of the skin.
Purchased product for my neck and now have a rash. Called customer service and I have to pay to return product. I can understand if you change your mind or something, but not for when a product makes you ill! Thanks for nothing Murad. Will never buy from them again!
Better to purchase at a retailer in person. I ordered the infusion oil from murad.com and another product and used a $50 off coupon. The infusion oil did not work with my skin and made me break out. I contacted customer service to setup a return - I have to pay for the return shipping/insurance and they applied the coupon to that product only so I'm now paying full price for the product I am keeping because the oil was the cheaper of the two. All I got from customer service is an apology for the inconvenience - I'll take my customer loyalty elsewhere.
The amount of product they send you is not enough for a month to test and find out if it really works. However what you do get does feel delightful on your skin. I really feel that it would be a good product to try if they give you enough product to make a real evaluation.
I've been a longtime Murad customer and never had to contact customer service until today. I placed an order online but made an error. Called customer service immediately to cancel it but they said they couldn't see my order yet in their system and to call back in 2 or 3 hours, maybe my order would be visible then and they would do what they could to help me.
About a minute later I started an online chat with customer service and that representative was able to see my order - so they lied to me on the phone. He said they can't cancel orders once placed, which is pathetic enough for a company like this, but it was more upsetting to know they lied outright to get me off the phone.
So so so terrible service, I tried many way to cancel by calling, online, email before 24hours, but they don't help. They behave like cheating.
So be careful to order online with them.
I ordered almost $200 worth of product and used the wrong coupon code. I immediately called to cancel the order and after a long wait was told it was cancelled and to reorder on the website with the correct code. So I did. Only it was not cancelled. I tried through email and their online chat to get it cancelled and they couldn't so now I have two almost identical orders and almost $400 of product. I asked if they could refund me for return shipping and even though this was their blunder they will not. The people I talked to on the phone were almost impossible to understand and I'm not exaggerating their English was very very bad. The whole experience is awful and I will never ever order from this company again.
I think perricone is better - Saw this site and it seems like the same stuff perricone sells. I think the perricone stuff that I use is probably better, but if anyone has used both and thinks Murad is better please let me know.
Answer: I got the time release acne face wash and the anti-aging moisturizer and it worked almost immediately. Cleared everything up within about a week and I haven't had much to complain about since then.
Answer: Yes it did... It caused more acne instead of clearing it up. It has cause my face to burn leaving deep dark spots on my face
Answer: It really depends on how much you use and how often you use it. What's nice is that they offer auto-shipping options, at a discounted price, for 30,60 and 90 days. You don't have to have anything auto-shipped though.
