This site is full of predators making it out you are entering a halal relationship but you are not. There is a predator on this site who acts in this way and you will find him across other sites also. Be very careful. He is in the law from UK, South Yorkshire, in his early 50's. He will lie about his age and appear younger. He will offer you halal marriage to later say there is no marriage after he has got what he needs and entertains himself with women off sites. Calls himself Mohammed or R Khan. Please be careful. Overall awful site

Over all I am happy because I found what I came for. But you have all sorts of people from all walks of life around the globe. But just like anywhere, there are good and bad so just be smart about it. I paid for my subscription and was worth it. Good luck to all looking for the right reasons

This website is plagued with fake profiles, gold diggers and visa hunters. Profiles often have fake pictures of actresses and models. I do not understand how a large number of users choose their gender incorrectly here, as the site offers a binary choice. A lot of users use the same predictable story and eventually ask for money.
The mobile app should be avoided. It froze and charged me three months of subscription. I am trying to get a refund but so far their helpdesk is not obliging.
I met my husband there. We have been married for 1.5 years now. I can't give a complete follow up yet, since I dont know how the outcome will be, good or bad. But I'm happy I met him. So I think it's not ALL bad...?
Firstly I would like to say how they took money from my account for my subscription which was 34.99 then I checked my account and they had taken that twice. I emailed and was told 2-3 working days to get your money back. Its now 10 days gone still no money, emailed again and I get told speak to your bank and check what they refunded the money as, how stupid it would obviously say refund from muslima like it says you have paid muslima. What a joke I will wait another few days then report it. Really upset me how crap the customer service is.

Most and I say Most over 95 % of people have fake photos, members copy images from google search then post them on Muslima.com. I have reached out to Muslima explaining and complaining about why Guys have to waste time and money for fake results. They claimed that it is difficult for them to verify the identity of people, which is not true. I have suggested that every member in order to complete his or her membership, they will have to send a screenshot of them holding their ID next to their face. Of course, they ignored my suggestion. I have confirmed that Muslima has gone rouge and just to get more money from people, they hire people to create fake profiles. Over 90% of profiles are fake and they make small talk with 10% real customers to keep them paying for subscriptions. They are not real people and some of them just copy/paste texts. Please note aim is not to scam users, but to keep them active and pay more money to website, so they think they are dealing with real people.
Don't sign up for Muslima and anything to do with them. You'll be buried in AI-generated messages. None of them is written by a real person. If you want real people you can try J7Date.com
But please stay away from Muslima money-grubbers. They are only busy with conning people out of their money. When you want to cancel your membership they make it very complicated and confusing. So in the long run it turns out to be outrageously expensive.
I used Muslima.com for 6 or 7 months where I have paid 4 times out of 6/ 7 months. When I stopped paying for there service, they deleted my account for no reason or explanation. I have sent them 5 emails so I got this answer from Muslima.com... muslima.com is the worst customer service ever,. It is not people who use it who is fake or scamming others. It is muslima.com itself who are dishonest and scamming us since the dont even give you any reason why the deleted ur account.
