I spent a significant amount of time finding a part i need for my honda HRV. www.myairbag.com claimed to have one in stock that I ordered. The order number was *******. I made the order on 9-14-24, I paid 9-15-24 and on 9-16-24 they cancelled the order with no contact or warning. I feel this was just a company getting my information by claiming to have stock that they did not have. I followed the link and it simply said the order was cancelled due to no stock. I called the help line and the agent simply said there is no stock and there is also no way to see if they will replenish. The agent was nice, but extremely limited on what they could say or do to help. I feel it was a pretty big waste of my time and that the company had zero interest in helping me to resolve my issue. I would recommend avoiding doing business here and seek out more reputable and honest companies.
