“Scam! Rip off!”

I have repeatedly (3 times over 2 years) called and asked for the service to be discontinued as I no longer own the laptop that was running slow. Today, I received another email saying they are going to charge me a $250 renewal. I do not own the computer, but am told that until I remove some software then they CANNOT cancel my subscription. This is criminal. Avoid this company at all cost!

The technician was helpful and patient. Accommodated me until I understood everything I needed to know. He did not rush me. Showed me and explained how everything worked so I could use this program to help me with my computer issues and needs. I would recommend MyCleanpc!

Usually the service is great. This problem was partially solved. The system is better but still is not operating normally. I would have liked to see the tech run the system through it's paces before completing the system checks and signing off

They were all very patient and compasionate with me. If one could not resolve the problem, he would send me to someone else, which in this case I spoke and got help from three

Together with all three it took 6 to 8 hours to fix the problem and they never complained or were rude. They were all great and I congratulate you for having Mike, Marvin and Landon in your company.

You guys totally rock! I was watching the commercial and since my computer was running slow, I decided to check it out. As it was downloading to my computer, I noticed that it said "CyberDefender" and got curious, so I opened a separate window and typed in "maxmyspeed complaints" and found this place. I immediately stopped the download and used CCleaner instead. Thank you for keeping me from a big headache!

Was unable to edit addresses in my DesignPro 5 program from Avery. Still cannot edit these addresses nor can I print them for manual editing.

This is the first time that U.S. Tech was not able to fix my program problem.

They did not fix my problem, it got worse.My hard drive crashed while I was on-line with tech support. When I told them I wanted to cancel the service they told me they would credit my card. A few days later after contacting them again, they told me I had been credited. They billed my card 299.95 and when I call them they say an account manager will call to correct the problem. They don't call.

Just simply a great service. I have had this service for many years. Service this time took a little longer than usual, but we are in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and I did miss two attempts by the technician to reach me.

I have not actually been able to get back in to my computer to make sure it's working properly. The timing of the summary needs to be revised so the client can go in and make sure the problems are solved before having to say yes.

I was a prior subscriber. I have recently found myself needing reliable expert assistance and have returned. I highly recommend this service. The technicians are reliable, knowledgeable, listen to your concerns and issues and very professional. I think they are wonderful.

I loaded the trial program to scan my computer and it said I had 37,000 errors! How can you trust a whopper like that? If they had said a reasonable number I might have believed it. I passed over it without buying - apparently they believe that the bigger the lie, the better.

Computer start-up/programs/windows/browser were running slow/ twitching/ freezing/refresh was jamming Windows would auto shut down due to background malware/virus... Computer is now running correctly... Thank you USTechsupport :)

I have been with my client PC for years. In each instance in which they use them, they have been thoroughly professional, diligent, friendly, and always quickly solve my problem. I'm happy to place my trust in them for the continued health of my computer.

I recommend that in addition to My Clean PC ( which is a very good product) that you should also purchase the live technical support from US Tech. The technical group clears up in real time any problem which may arise on your PC. I have used both products for many years and highly recommend the purchase.

I kept getting pop-up messages telling me I needed to update my drivers. This was false and they removed it. Also, they put a new icon on my desktop for my new e-mail which I appreciate. I love this service.

My PC was slowing down and I felt it was time to clean it up. They did just that. And took care of the latest bugs. Plus my tech was easy to understand. Extremely professional and pleasant to speak with.

My whole Windows 7 system failed, my computer had to be backed up, and Windows loaded back on. Your technician, Kevin, was a huge help handling these things. I also needed help loading Windows Live Mail, and bringing my wireless printer back on line. This was accomplished in a timely manner and very effeciently.

A tool to work on my computer and was dismayed to find it was a service. I sent an email to cancel and then removed it from my laptop. Which is11 years old.The next month, wham another $19.95 left my account.
I freaked out ran to my lt and started a chat. Jack was his name. I tell him I don't want the service because I can't afford it. (True) On and on I go. Jack calmly replies I have turned off the monthly fee and before you go, please let out technicians fix your problems for you. Enter Jamie Carter. As you know from above, Jamie made my old tired machine jump like a puppy. And now, you know the rest of the story. If I could afford it, I would renew. This review was added to by me.

I have been a long time customer and have always received great tech support. For this they get 5 stars. HOWEVER, the customer service reps who initiate the tickets must be on commission as they are always hyping and pushing new products - and must be trained to not understand or accept the word NO. It is SO OBNOXIOUS! And for this, they lose a star. I actually would take even more stars away but don't want the rating of the actual technical support to be affected.

I need the protection because of what all i use my computer for like banking and any credit card business i do and for my online ordering and i don't need just anyone knowing my personal information and i think this program is going to work really well in helping me to safeguard my personal info.

I thought I had two different document folders. I was cleaning one out, deleted a lot of items, after I deleted them I discovered they were deleted out of both document folders. I needed to get them back but had already emptied the trash can. The Tech at My Clean recovered about 50%, thank you.

So far everything is doing great. I hope I continue having a great result. The young lady that I talked to was fantastic and so kind. The tech seemed to take great care of my messed up computer and I want to thank him.

I checked out the free scan for a friend with a slow computer.
On all subsequent boot ups - I get the ad.
Worse... I fly MS Flight Simulator-X.
This thing just pops up in the middle of a flight... and bye-bye flight.
Worse even more... try to uninstall.
Box pops up saying it's running... do you want to stop it to de-install?
Yes.
Nothing.
Found out the computer goes in to a loop.
50% CPU to a task called KILL. Somrthing.
Right click on that on Task Manager and End Process...
Finally,... GONE!
