I called to have my computer checked because each time I would put my computer to sleep and the awaken it when I'm ready to use it, the computer says I am not connected to a network. Within ten minutes the technician fixed the problem and cleaned and optimized my computer. Thank you so much, you have always provided great service.

My laptop was running slow and I will told by a local tech that I had some dead spots in the hard drive. Your tech cleaned and checks for virsus. He left me a message that this was taken care of but forgot to say if he checked hard drive. I was assured after I called that everything was fine.

My brand new laptop was hijacked by rogues who locked the system and demanded $300 to release my laptop. Andre (agent 0163) took charge and removed the virus and temporary files holding my laptop hostage. Very efficient and very professional. Commendable.

Never had a problem in all the years I've used My Clean PC. Started using it back when it was Cyberdefender. When my computer starts getting sluggish I just call in and have a tech clean it up. Everyone I've ever talked to has been professional and helpful.

Doesn't work. I have a trojan virus and this product didn't get the job done. I contacted their tech support and they could not help. The claims they make in their advertisement ("don't buy a new computer, buy this product")are false. Doesn't work.

I have grown tired of you playing with my computer. If you had customers you would not have the time to play on my computer. I am meeting with my bank tomorrow to discuss with their cyber personnel. You need to work harder at getting customers than playing games with people too smart to sign up with company.

I have been using MyCleanPC for a few years and they have always been able to resolve any issues that have popped up. I am happy with the level of service and the professional way they deal with my issues.

MyCleanPC charged me $19.95 after I had cancelled. The original charge was $202.78. I cancelled because their service was very bad. Their online person (Tech?) rumbled through my computer and placed many emails and other documents into a vault. They told me these documents were unsafe and needed to be placed in a vault. I tried to extract these documents from the vault but could not. I called back and even their 'person' (Tech?) couldn't help me. That person told me I had to PAY-MORE to talk to someone to extract the documents from my 'vault'. I paid more, but even the Tech(?) I paid more to couldn't extract the documents from the vault. Thanks to MyCleanPC I lost a lot of very important documents.

TV ads and website claim it removes malware, viruses etc. However it does the exact opposite.

Had several programs monitoring what maxmyspeed does and was doing. Several trojans and various adware were installed onto my computer.

Save yourself the trouble, get something trustworthy like AVG free, etc.

The activation code would not work for me that was emailed to me after I purchased your program. A technician had to access my computer to get it to work which I was uncomfortable with but seems I had no choice to get the program to function.

The tech was easy to understand and fixed the problem. He also explained the reason for the problems that were fixed what probably caused the problems in the first place. Would suggest this service to others.

I have been having problems with the audio on my computer and the technician figured out what was wrong with my computer. He told me that I needed some external speakers, because evidently there was a problem with my internal speakers and the wiring. So I am going to get some external speakers and continue to use my computer until I can get another one. My computer is old and outdated. U.S. Tech support is a great company and I will continue to use them always!

My Clean PC seem to be Professional scam artist I bet the department heads sit in company meetings laughing about how they rip people off and how they use Laws to do it. Did you know you can not stop payment on a Debit card you can not cancel the card and do it this is crazy the consumer is not being protected. All of this would not happen if they sold a good product So people if you do not want to be ripped off do not purchase this product you will regret it.

Every problem i have or anything i need installed they do it for me im very happy with the service never have to take my comouter in anywhere its all done buy you guys no problems at all very happy with the servive as long as the price stays the same i will be a life time member

I use this service often, they always service my computer needs quickly, and efficiently, solve all my issues, and my computer runs like new. I would recommend this service to anyone, it's a great service and very affordable to all!

First of all, a legitimate security program will not hide its name. The name of this software is actually "CyberDefender". Any legitimate product would advertise its name, not hide behind a bunch of fake looking accolades as is found on this website.

I used Sandboxie to securely visit this website as well as to install their software into a sandboxed environment that would not allow it to cause harm to my PC. My anti-virus software was quickly triggered during the "CyberDefender" installation.

The "scan" itself tossed up a bunch of nonsense. It was unable to access my PC, so its 233 "problems" were nothing but messages saying that certain information in the registry didn't exist. Of course it exists, it just can't access it.

Lastly, this program is nothing more than a registry cleaner that produces a list of dubious results and then charges you to "fix" them. If you want FREE, trusted software to clean your registry then search Google for CCleaner.

My Clean PC is a very good cleaning program that you can do yourself at any time and it is very economic. If your computer gets slow, set it to scan, walk away and take a break and by the time you come back you will see why it was so slow. Just set it to repair and go back to doing whatever it was you were doing. I love this program as I have a home based business and don't have time to take my computer in to be fixed.

Bought into program for my personal PC. 2 days later I couldn't open any internet connections. Called tech help. They got in and said that I had a MALWARE virus.
I didn't have it 2 days ago. They want $250.00 to fix it. I think they put it there.
I had a local guy come in a reload my system for $100.00. Works great now.
Stay away from maxmyspeed.

The people behind MyCleanPC.com is a company called CyberDefender. I've used CyberDefender before and all it did was cost me money and introduce more malware than I could get rid of on my own. They even gave me a virus, that they assured they could get rid of for a fee. Stay far away from this software.

The USTech technicians are so knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. My experiences with them have been excellent. I have had problems with my computers over the years that would have been virtually impossible for me to fix myself. USTech was always able to take care of the problems.

I downloaded "free" software Max my Speed website to check for errors, then was directed to go online and purchase software for $54.95 (not a bad price). Software wouldn't work until I called to "activate" it and had to speak with a representative that informs me that I have a virus and 1123 errors. She further informs me that only a special tech can repair and that after he was done I would have a "brand new" computer again. The next day after the tech was supposed to be finished, I had all the same errors, viruses and computer didn't run any faster and I had just put out $389.00 for all that. I sent numerous emails for someone to answer all my questions and didn't get any response. The next day I called and canceled my subscription but only got $200.00 refund... huge rip off. I then went to CNET and downloaded a program that only costs me $48.00 and it worked flawlessly and my computer works like "brand new". The software I purchased the second time is: Registry Mechanic 10. 0. 132

I was in a situation with someone I could not understand and they wanted $200 to fix a problem with my computer they had a foreign accent. I got very upset and called US Tech Support and they straiten it right out. Thank You. Tom
