If I have any issues with my computer, MyCleanPC takes it over remotely and solves the problems. One year, the Technician even told me when I needed a new motherboard. They are diligent and thorough!

It appears to work OK. There is a learning curb that you will have to get used too. Also be aware of the automatic times the program starts. It will slow down your system considerably.

The tech Man was excellent in solving a frozen lap top which I was a loss to get working. Even with coaching. L I highly recommend this technical support company also known as US Tech..

This site is nothing more then a scam. Just because a website can afford to put commercials on the air, does NOT mean that it is reputable. Stay away from this site if you know what's good for you.

I bought this software to get my start-up and registry back to the way it was supposed to be (fell for the commercial). After using, it has me call an 800 number where a tech tried to tell me that a tech should be paid to look at my pc at least every 3 months to keep it running properly, a service they would gladly take my money for. Then, after they could not straighten anything out, they quickly got off the phone and as soon as my auto windows update downloaded nothing on my computer would work. After they called back to find out about satisfaction, they said that they must have 'released a pent up virus' that is now infecting my computer, which they would be glad to fix, for a fee... 'PENT UP?' Wow. Stay as far away from this product as you can. They put a starter program on your pc and try to reel you into paying them a yearly fee for looking at you computer every 3 months and tell you what a great deal it is or try to sell you more and more and more programs to fix the problems they just created.

It was all fun and games, until the second hit on the credit card in the same month for the same downloaded program appeared on the bank statement. That's right, sports fans, I paid 19.95 for the Activation Key number in order to clean out the errors listed from the scan, then got charged again at the end of the month, not the end of a year, to be told by someone in Bangladesh that I REALLY DID sign up for a monthly tech support service to go along with my program, and by company guidelines, she cannot refund my extra charge. Oh yeah? Watch this, babe. Hung up, went to bank, put a STOP, CHARGEBACK on USTechSupport and submitted a fraud alert. Oh sure, it worked just as well as any other cleaner for the same price, no big whoop. But I do remember saying to myself, "Wait, wasn't PC Cleaner (sounds similar, huh?) the best rated computer cleaner back in the day? They knew that too, obviously. RUN, don't walk away from any product advertised from this USTechSupport.

The problem I had was of very serious nature in that I was able to not lose crucial documents months of work had gone into these & in the long run I am grateful for the help I have used their services for few years and have no complaints & will continue to do so (have recently expanded their services to 3 more computers --- thx!

In progress theres nothing to tell just got back on, can you please give a customer chance to check for the work that was done on the computer, i am sure it was good but i dont know

I had a problem with not getting certain emails to work. The technician fixed that and did other things to my computer to make it work better. He was also very patient and friendly.

System is much faster and I saw how many temp files were lingering around in my computer, and now they are gone. Thank you all and have a Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring prosperity to all.

I can't believe they can get away with this.
There Fake Scanner will detect thousands of problems
When you have a perfect running system.
They try to sell you over a 100$ of nothing when you call.

They double charged for multiple months and refused to refund. The mycleanpc program doesn't even work as far as what it advertises. I believe they knowingly are scamming people.

It's an excellent tool for pc cleaning. It detects all garbage and really speeds up the computer. Be ready that the deep clean will take a long time but that really worth it.

Great service---Fast too. Customer service is ALWAYS understanding and helpful. This is why I've been with you guys for over 10 years now and plan on staying forever

I bought this junk a month ago...then a month later.ANOTHER charge! They seem to like sneaking in charges for just a bunch of made up programs that arent worth the time of day...now we are gonna see how long it takes to get a refund! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!

The thing is this site is adware and malware. Do not get anything a commercial says for you to get anything the people do is actor portrayals. Take it from me, Do Not Get MyCleanPc it will Destroy Your Computer!

Of all the antivirus products used for decades, the Iolo System Mechanic was by far the EASIEST and QUICKEST to install on a windows 10 laptop i5 processor. Very straightforward and quick installer screens, simple and efficient.

Thanks for resurrecting this virus laden laptop! When I see bad reviews on their service, I cant help but wonder if the individuals even subscibed to get the maximum service! It's outstanding!

If further problems turn up, I will return for quick repairs to my computer. It was greatly needed. I welcome the corrections to my laptop. May God bless.

I will refer this company to anybody who has a dirty pc and needs it clean. Basically, what I look out for is scams and happy to say this is not one of those scam companies.

US Tech support are always there to help I am thankful they are only a phone call away. I like the fact that I can talk to a technitian straight away and I dont have to wait 6-8hrs for my PC to be fixed.

Funny, even my computer said... to down load their crap... "may harm your computer". The last two scams like this one, [same" cyberdefender corp"] I put on a fresh reload computer to test its claims with no problems or web usage on the computer, and it still showed some 300 "errors" to which the known company "NORTON" Windoctor said the computer was fine, and my Legit AV soft ware keeps showing "no problems". I have repaired dozens of computers this year that made this mistake, and then using a LEGIT AV company fixed the actual problems [mostly Cybers malware] and yes it costs around the same price, but over all it costs a far less than Cyberdefender because it actually fixes the real problems, including their installation.
