I've had a fantastic experience with MyCleanPC! Their tech support is truly exceptional. Whenever I've encountered an issue, their team has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the troubleshooting process with ease.
I have repeatedly (3 times over 2 years) called and asked for the service to be discontinued as I no longer own the laptop that was running slow. Today, I received another email saying they are going to charge me a $250 renewal. I do not own the computer, but am told that until I remove some software then they CANNOT cancel my subscription. This is criminal. Avoid this company at all cost!
My audio file did not word. We subscribed the software. Technical support agent was successfully solved the problem.

My Clean PC solved all my problems in about 40 minutes. If there are still issues I can call them back to get them resolved.
Use this if you want to not have to purchase a new computer every S cleans up your machine and makes it run like new.
Someone was trying to get access to my computer and instructed me to call their number for repairs. So, I called U S Tech Support and you fixed it. T

Very professional. Ad many new features I did not have with Windows 7 and had to learn more. They were very patient with me.
Nothing else to say. Stay away from this product. Further more, when I went and uninstalled it I lost all my files.
My problems was speed and cursor extreme slowness reacting to a command. Also to clean up any type of virus or malware.

Customer over 8 years, and they have helped me out when I have had an issue, and routinely are used to keep my computer clean. Prompt and effective

They did a great job lot of knowledge. I asked a lot of questions and for being computer slow, he spoke to me so I could understand.
Already had edc and optimizer but all of a sudden the icon disappeared along with the programs. Thanks

This is simply a scam! Make up problems and charge you to do nothing! Take your computer to legitimate computer repair place!
I feel more secure with my computer now especially after I had a lot of people claim they were fixing my problems.
