I have been using USTech PC Optimizer and Early Detection programs for about 4 years. I never have to worry about security issues, it is running in the background all the time. Plus, when I have speed issues or other problems, I just call and they fix it right away. Great Service!

My Clean PC was very nice and clean up my problem. They said that my computer should be clean once every week which I did not know how, they said if I called them they will clean my computer when I call them.

A gradual decline in my MacBook Air's performance led to me to THE SOLUTION--not surprisingly. Within minutes of 'registering' my issues, a My Clean PC tech support technician was in contact. Not twenty-minutes later my computer was back to operating splendidly. From experience I'm convinced one owes it to its computer, and to oneself, to invest in a subscription to MyCeanPC. As quickly as their technician(s) know the problem(s) or issue(s), these 'experts' devote their skills, they call on their experiences in computer problem solving. I strongly recommend MyCleanPC. In fact based on experience I give them my highest recommendation. You'll be happy that you respected your computer, AND yourself, by going for 'the best!' As the English would say, MyCleanPC is 'spot on!'

MaxMySpeed fixed my computer, took about 4-5 hours, found many errors, viruses, malware, that was making my 3 year old laptop freeze up. I have had Norton, McAfee, Spy Doctor, and other free anit-viruses, but apparently the virus I had was not letting them work. They also replaced my Windows Vista with Windows 7. Maybe my computer was beyond repair of the other online fixes, but what MaxMySpeed did, it worked, and they will be available for further problems it encounters.

This is nothing more than a cleverly designed trap to convince folks that their computer is so messed up that they have to pay their fee NOW to get help.

This is the only reliable and TOTALLY FREE registry cleaning software. I even included a link to a simple tutorial posted on YouTube on how to use it.

I am very pleased with ust tech support, I have been with them a while now, and they take care of all my computer needs. They are fast, efficient, spectacular in their work, and I like how they keep my computer safe. I highley recommed them.And I like the new survey.

I have been scammed by this company - at least that is my perception. I had dbl my speed (which worked great) and time came up to renew. When I clicked the renew button, somehow maxmyspeed page kept coming up vs dbl my speed - somehow I got renewal charges on both now - $39.99! Max my speed is SUPER slow - takes a good 20 min to scan and do a clean up, where as dbl my speed was just a few minutes. Not sure how this bait and switch happened and I will contact whomever regulates this... but now I have to make more calls or send emails to get this rectified. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MAXMYSPEED.com!

Did as always great job done with speed most helpful. Why do I need to enter 100 letters when I can say what I want in less. Have you become part of the federal government

Just a quick suggestion. When asking for the review I would prefer if it was asked a day or so after doing your work so as to have time to find out how well my computer is actually working.

I recently had my computer worked on by a Technician, Jeremy. He was great! This company has friendly, courteous and professional Techs to help out, with any of my computer needs!

I originally had a blue screen error, which i tried to fix by researching possible solutions. They helped me resolve my internet connection problems, without having to factory default it.

They were great in solving my problem. I know that it is very hard working with a 77 year old who really does not understand computers,. They are great.

Problem not totally solved put I can print from the lap top now. Going to have to call net gear and find a solution to fix wireless printing capabilities.

They always resolve any problem I had. Very professional, friendly personal and so easy to deal with
Have used them for many years and find this service very reasonable

My computer was taking forever to boot up and opening programs was slow. Ravi Kumar the technician solved my problems in no time. Thanks US Tech support JF

This software is completely bogus. Just for fun, I installed it on a new computer with a fresh install of Windows 7 (OEM disc provided by Acer).
Lo and behold... the software found 1124 "ERRORS" and that I need to buy the software immediately.
Being that I erased the hard drive and installed Windows 7 from disc, and then immediately installed "mycleanpc", not having installed any other program, and not even having connected the computer to the internet, somehow this computer has over 1000 errors in its' OUT OF THE BOX state.
This is obviously bogus.
SCARE WARE.
After satisfying my curiosity, I erased the hard drive again and re-installed Windows 7, which is the only way of getting rid of the mycleanpc software.

So many problems after installing Windows 10 on my Windows 7 pc. But now they are all gone. No more hassles trying to do the things I do and all my drivers work as well. Great value. Thankyou.

Great service my computer was running really slow I called tech support. They fixed the problems. They took time to get rid of the Spy Ware. My computer runs like new

After several days and three or four different phone techs one which was Jose. He finally understood and got me through this mess. You should give Jose a great big pat on the back and big raise.

We called as we were on a suspicious call that was helping us on our computer problem, only they gave me a ticket number & I called UST123 to see if that was in fact a real ticket they were working on NOW. They said no and walked me through how to safely get them out of my computer, the technician who helped was Jason and he was knowledgeable, patient and kind - peace of mind!

The technical support I received was effective and efficient. I do not understand why there is a character number requirement, I have nothing further to say.

I tried this after not reading reviews. I had 1228 errors and I had to call them to have to fix them. They charged my 29.95 to fix it. I told them OK and they cleaned the errors. I restarted my computer to make sure they fixed them and I should have seen zeroes. I got more than zero. What jerkin' off idiots. I called them and threatened to sue them since I"m a lawyer. This terrorist girl named "Asia" picked the $#*!en phone. This $#*! tried to call me down and threatened to call 9 1 $#*!en and she wanted me to give some adios on the mother$#*!en phone. Then I called her a $#*! and a $#*! and I hung up and took my computer to a shop. My computer is now fixed and they even cleaned the errors. Praise the lord for them.
