I am so disappointed I did not see these reviews earlier. It is truly disappointing to have placed an order for $150 and never received my order. I was charged extra when I asked to change the skin color which was nothing like I had requested. But either way, my only concern is why I did not get my order!

I placed an order for a father's day bobble head for my husband. I sent a side profile picture so they can see his hairstyle (he always wears hats) and immediately contacted them asking can I send a frontal for them to use. They replied right away and said to send the picture. The artist used the side profile picture and said if I wanted to use the frontal it will cost extra and that they will just do a little editing to it. With no other choice since I wasn't paying more I agreed. I paid $9.99 for a gift box that was completely taped up and ruined upon removing the tape. I paid $4.99 for custom text that was written in sloppy sharpie hand writing that doesn't fit properly on the front. The color of the outfit didn't match the advertisement or the body. I contacted them with picture proofs and they replied the first time then completely ignored me after. Would never recommend them! Don't order from this site! You will not be happy with your custom bobblehead!

You will get the product... But it will be awful quality and then when you ask for a return, they will harass and dox you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The item arrived without the custom text I paid extra for. The company does not wish to send a replacement, even they are the ones that messed up. Terrible customer service.

Buyer Beware: You may or may not get the item you purchased!

Update:

They told me they would send a replacement if I returned the original item to China which will cost me another $50 USD.

When I told them there is no way I'm spending another $50 to get a replacement, they then tell me, and I quote,"You can absolutely write on the base with a pen."

Are you for real?
