Titubante per l'acquisto, viste le molte recensioni negative, ho acquistato comunque uno smartphone Pepsi (a brand Koobee). Ho inviato a MyEfox un paio di email ma senza risposta, visto che erano passati già 10gg dall'acquisto. La mattina in cui mi hanno risposto indicandomi il numero di tracking è arrivato il corriere con lo smartphone. Tutto regolare, come da descrizione, prodotto nuovo. Senza costi di dogana. Speriamo non sia un caso isolato. Proverò a ricomprare qualcosa.

Dopo aver sentito in giro molti commenti negative ma anche molti positivi ho voluto vedere e credere solo di persona.
Ebbene anche se sotto le feste del capodanno cinese, aspettando avendo avuto un problema con la prima spedizione, la seconda é stata davvero veloce e dopo una settimana eccomi con il mio stupendo YotaPhone 2, perfetto in tutti i suoi aspetti, e con un imballaggio davvero a prova di urti. Molto soddisfatto anche per il loro supporto che é stato essenziale, consigliati per qualsiasi acquisto e non lo dico tanto per fare bella figura, pensate che mio fratello, visto la bellezza del mio smartphone, non ha esitato ad iscriversi e prenderne altri due ( uno per lui ed uno per la sua ragazza.) I had a problem with a phone that wasn't workting the camera. We had an exchange of communications. For about 20 days, after thos i sent the package. Obviusly there is half a planet in the middle so it arrived 1 month after there. They looked for repairing it for about 2 months. Thenthey said to me to give my address, and to wait. I waited other 2 months. In the end 6 months, but the good arrived perfectly. So very long, but it is to consider the price...

I placed my order on July 18th, 2011, and today is Oct 12,2011, I have not got my parcel till now.

Do they actually sell goods? I assume they are just a website to loot our hard earned money.

They don't even put some responsible person online so that I can talk to him and tell him how have I been put on hold without delivering my parcel for 3 months that too after I paid for "express delivery including insurance cover".

I had no idea by the term express delivery they meant it will take forever to reach the parcel. Kindly suggest me the solution as soon as possible.
Please tell me if they actually the parcel or their is a possibility of refunding the amount.

Kindly note I have been mailing them for more than 2 months. They don't even put some responsible person in charge of this case and ask him to go through the whole story and send the parcel or refund the amount within 2-3 days.

I have been waiting very patiently for the parcel but unfortunately I have got nothing and feel cheated.

What's new they are now rejecting to entertain our email and requests out-rightly and have officially pulled out their hands of the matter.

Their manager Ms Catherine, she sounded a serious person and honest too but, to our dismay she was among that bunch of thieves too.

Kindly suggest if their is a way out.

In the meantime stay away from these Chinese thieves.

Ho acquistato un Cubot H2 e dopo diversi mesi a seguito di una caduta si è rotto ancora in garanzia. Ho chiesto aiuto all''assistenza post vendita e non solo si sono offerti di ripararmelo, ma mi hanno proposto di acquistarne uno nuovo ad un prezzo eccezionale. Ho fatto due conti valutando i costi di spedizione Italia-Cina, ed ho deciso di acquistare quello nuovo propostomi. E' arrivato in breve tempo corredato di due omaggi, micro sd e cover.

Ho acquistato un UMI Plus con spedizione Europa il 12 dicembre.
Arrivato in 9 giorni nonostante il periodo pre-natalizio, confezione in perfette condizioni, telefono perfettamente funzionante.
Inviata e-mail ad assistenza clienti per difficoltà ad individuare il pacco durante la spedizione ed effettivamente ricontattato dall'assistenza entro le 48 ore come indicato sul sito.
Per il servizio Myefox sono soddisfatto, per il prodotto UMI Plus al momento rispetta le mie aspettative
