They stole my money, never sent the book, ruined my niece's birthday gift, and didn't respond to emails. When I finally tracked down the phone number it was disconnected. Not sure if they went bankrupt or if it was just a scam but I'm out $40, and I'm pissed!
I ordered a nook on March 31 it is now April 19 my money was taken out of my bank on March 31 I have emailed several times and left at least 15 to 20 messages no response they are obviously a scam and are stealing people's money it's really sad when people work hard for their money and try to get something nice for their kids and grandkids and you have people stealing from them I hope these people get caught and have to pay for their actions because they are breaking the law for fraudulent activity
I placed my order about a month ago. I've been leaving voicemails and sending emails with no response. I am beginning to think this is a scam.
I ordered a book on March 16th to give to my godson on April 7th. I still have not received it. I have sent several emails and have left several voicemails with no response. I am unable to track my order. I am very Frustrated. Terrible customer service!
Placed my order a month ago. They charged my bank account. My order hasn't even shipped yet. Not returning my phone calls or emails. 4 emails have been sent. And 3 phone calls with voicemails have been left. Wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.
I ordered a book on Dec 4th. Paid extra for shipping with the promise it would be here before Christmas. I've emailed, and called several times, leaving messages with no response at all. I will never purchased a product from them again. No product, no response... No more business from an Aunt of 7 children and mother of 4
