I ordered orchids for my wife on valentine occasion and its been two days past the scheduled date and the order is not to be found. Got no SMS confirmation upon ordering, just got an email confirmation. There are no customer care number to call and they do not respond to their enquiry form. I have paid Rs 1780 and I'm sure my money has gone for a toss. They are just minting money on customers emotions. Totally avoid these guys or else you will end up getting frustrated.

The comments for this company were not good but I ignored the comments and took a chance as i wanted to gift a bouquet to my wife. So i booked and paid for bouquet delivery from this app, after payment, one of their executive called and told that the requested delivery location is unserviceable hence cannot deliver, after which i told them to refund the amount to my account but they didn't respond. I called on the customer support no. They informed that the amount will be credited to their wallet. I asked to get back the refund in my bank account but they denied stating that it is against their policy. After arguments, they agreed to refund me in my bank account. After that they stopped taking may calls and stopped replying my whats app messages.
This company is full of thieves. They just take the money from everyone for every location to deliver just to get the money. Company full of thieves. I don't have much time but I'll try to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. My order ID is *******.

I have ordered chocolates for birthday, given proper adderess, initialy they said they will deliver to the address, and later they said the delivery is not possible they need some other address and different item for delivery. I placed an order for bouquet delivery on 7th July 2023. Order went through for the pincode I entered, but after an hour they called to say order cannot be delivered to the area selected and that they will refund the money within 24 hours. Till today(17th July 2023) I haven't received the refund, also am unable to reach their contact number(not in service), support email(bounced).

I had ordered some flowers for my mom in Kochi, for Mother's day.I received the confirmation and order number via email, but she still hasn't received it.

I have ordered a "Small Roses Bunch" on 23 June 2023, but after few hours I recieved a phone call from MyFlowerApp stating that they were not able to deliver the product. One day later they provided a coupon code. So I ordered a "Succulent Plant" on 27 June 2023 using coupon code, and which was to delivered on 1 July 2023, but still I'm waiting. While status is showing "COURIER". I have emailed MyFlowerApp 12 times, but failed to get proper resposne, except few positive words.
I'm taking suggestions from some leagal advisors.

Please be advised, that this site is a fraud site. After you select the items you want to buy, it takes you to payment section, after you have made the payment it shoots out a mail for confirmation stating your order has been received successfully. But when you try to track your order, actually nothing happens there. But after 2 hours you receive a call stating that due to some technical reason in the delivery area the item cannot be delivered. So we cancelled you order. The full amount will be refunded in to your MyFlower wallet. After we say so, after few hours they send a coupon code. But using this code if you book it again in their app the same things get repeatrd. So be careful before placing any order in this MyFlower app.
