I ordered orchids for my wife on valentine occasion and its been two days past the scheduled date and the order is not to be found. Got no SMS confirmation upon ordering, just got an email confirmation. There are no customer care number to call and they do not respond to their enquiry form. I have paid Rs 1780 and I'm sure my money has gone for a toss. They are just minting money on customers emotions. Totally avoid these guys or else you will end up getting frustrated.
Fake and scam company.
Bloody people are playing with peoples emootion.
On 5th of June 2023 on occasiion of my wife Birhday had orderd flowers with chocklates.
Paid additional Rupees 195 to fix a delivery slot.
In total i paid Rupess 2443 which was immediated debited from my account.
Around 4 PM (5th June 2023) in the evening we received call from mobile number *******128 and told us that order is cancelled and our money will be refunded within 24 hours.
Once i got this information thought of knowing more of this company, it was really shocker when i saw the reviews and came to know this is fake company.
Moreover then money this bloody people are playing with emotions of people.
I have already sent a detailed mail to cybercrime department in Noida.
Hope the action will be taken against this fake company.
So that they cannot cheat few more in future.

Yet again you screwed up!
1. Complete order is not delivered - white teddy and greeting card is missing
2.No responses in your live chat windows
3. I was in the chat last night until 2:00 am and tried to explain everything clearly and was assured the order will be given by 1:00 pm
4. Poor customer service! No phone numbers to call! 5. No escalation point to reach out
6. When I called the local shop he confirmed that the order was placed for flower and cake only and nothing told to him about teddy and card
So basically you take payment for full order and process partial orders and completely fool the customers
Last time also you missed part of the order and tried to compensate it with coupon. I was kind enough to let that go considering that would have been your first mistake! But it looks to be a pattern that you are regularly following! Taking payment for all items but delivering some of them.
Also your email response time is pathetic. This order was placed way ahead of time so there was a lot of time for you to prepare. But until the day of delivery you had completely forgotten about it! I had to remind constantly so that at least some part of the order was delivered!
I know there would be reply coming from you as SORRY and you would try to do a refund or provide some coupon but I absolutely the special day was today and that is now ruined! All thanks to you! I might have some recovery financially in case of a refund but the emotional drainage happened for last 2 days can never be compensated! Hope you understand
I am sure I am not the first customer to have faced this from you! There could be more. Few may be emailing you about it and few chose to ignore. But with such commitments and ownerships your business will be at stake going further

I had ordered a cake for Rs. 699/-(order #******* dt 12.06.2023) Wheareas the cake was not delivered. I requested for refund. They said I may order something else using their coupon Code. All Rubbish.
After two days a representative of Myflower called and said that a refund will be made and asked me to log on to SBI ONO and lured me to get my Bank Details. Also offered that he will provide additional Rs. 1000 as Gift Coupon.
MyFlowers are Cheaters. Dont get fooled with this COMPANY. There is no option for ZERO Rating, otherwise they do not deserve a rating of 1.
