I've had this service for sometime now. When you have a problem (and they know about it) they want you to pay a 3rd party to come out and fix their leased equipment. Customer service is rude. When I call their automated system is not working. I am forced to deal with trained monkeys. You can hear someone in the background telling the service reps not to worry about the Internet. Its down! Then they try to force you to pay a third party to come out and fix a problem they are already working on. SCAM. Speed is never what they claim. Order their top of the line service and you get nothing even close to it. Example: 5 meg download, you are lucky to get 1.5 meg. Outdated satellite is probably ready to crash into Earth.
