I bought a necklace for my wife for Xmas.
Item came with really bad quality and defects. It was super hard to get a refund.
I paid extra to be shipped quicker and I bought insurance. These cost were not refunded.
Do not buy from this store! It is a rip off.
We ordered a customized necklace with my daughter's name written in Arabic. When the necklace arrived it was definitely Arabic but not my daughter's name. Instead it said Drake so it wasn't even close. So now it's too late to get this rectified before Christmas and we had to give our daughter a necklace with someone else's name and tell her we are trying to get it rectified. There is no customer support phone number anywhere so we had to submit a request form and hope they get back to us which they haven't yet. How hard is it to confirm the correct product before shipping? I may change this rating depending on how they handle the situation but as of right now I do not recommend.

So I ordered a name necklace and a gift box for 65 and 5 and paid 30 for christmas delivery.
Got the receipt for a necklace gift box and ornament i didn't order and slow delivery. I have started a credit card dispute as it take 24-72 hours for each slow response from this terrible company. They also advertise as Australian but they are not. They are a * company from Israel.
Edit: I have already sent multiple emails to your customer service what a waste of time. I don't want store credit, I want a refund. I will be spending my money on a local reputable jeweller not a scam site, order number #******* don't worry my credit card number will organise a refund. I have all the required screenshots of your scam process

I purchased the solid 10ct Yellow Gold Totem 3D Bar Necklace from MYKA as a 24th-anniversary gift, expecting a premium, sentimental keepsake. Instead, what I received was shockingly underwhelming and nothing like what's advertised on their website.
🔹 Extremely Lightweight & Overpriced – The weight is not mentioned anywhere on the website, but when it arrived, I weighed it at only 2.9g. At current UK gold prices, that's worth around £87—yet I paid £300! This feels completely misleading.
🔹 Cheap & Flimsy Feel – The necklace is thin, fragile, and lacks durability, unlike the substantial appearance in their product images.
🔹 Dull, Lackluster Finish – The gold plating is unimpressive, nowhere near the polished, luxurious look shown in their marketing.
🔹 Barely Visible Engraving – The personalization is faint and shallow, completely different from the bold, deep engravings displayed on their website.
🔹 Poor-Quality Chain – It feels delicate and weak, not built to last, adding to the disappointment.
To make matters worse, MYKA's customer service has been unresponsive. I received an automated reply saying I would hear back within 24 hours, but days have passed, and I've heard nothing despite following up.
For £300, I expected far better. Instead, I received something that feels massively overpriced, misrepresented, and disappointing—especially as this was meant to mark a milestone occasion.
If you're considering purchasing from MYKA, think twice. The product you receive may be far inferior to what's advertised, and customer service may ignore you when you raise concerns.

TOTAL SCAM, they LIE, completely dishonest. They send tracking numbers to make you think your order is coming, but never actually give anything to USPS. When you call USPS, they'll tell you that they have not received the order even though a tracking number exists. My order has been waiting for pick up for quite some time. The guarantee date when I purchased past quite a while ago, and they just move your date back multiple times. Still hasn't shipped and they won't communicate. Just read all the other one star reviews on here, almost all the same. Like others have said, their website will tell you one day left to get in time for a holiday, and then several days after you order they'll put the same message back up to pressure people to buy that day, totally fake. You're definitely not gonna get it by the holiday! There is no customer service, will send you the same automated replies over and over. If they actually do reply as soon as you catch them in a lie, they ghost you. At one point, they told me they found my order and it was in shipping quite a while ago. Never sent. I emailed them to overnight it so it would get here on time, of course no response to that. They have no phone # (obviously for a reason). Sent at least 10 emails asking them to call me with my phone #, they just won't do it. Don't even acknowledge those emails. Any company not willing to speak to you tells the story. They are fake, I've talked to others that have had the same experience. Wish I had talked to them before I ordered. Just don't do it, and if you already did dispute it on your credit card and get your money back. Just a bogus company. They lie to people and could care less that you're trying to buy something special for someone for Christmas. Of course, they will send some BS reply on here like they care and they're trying to make it right. Don't believe their responses on here, bunch of bull. Everyone I know that has tried to use them says they never made it right. They are just flat out fake and dishonest!

Purchased a gold name necklace. The chain I received is extra thin and flimsy. Definitely will not survive normal wear and tear before breaking. Also arrived late when it was expected to arrive before Xmas.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

I suggest you read the BBB complaints as I should have before ordering about quality.
My order was placed April 27/24 and now twice i've been informed there's a delay yet it was promised by May10 for Mother's day. If they are shipping and produced via Israel then good luck as it takes forever.
They should disclose that it's an international and that they are mailing it.
I want a refund.

Ordered a ring necklace with intention of adding more rings or engravings in the future, as it is advertised as. They have now said we are unable to and are pushing me to buy a new necklace. They are also overpriced for the quality they are. Recommend going elsewhere.
