Total Scam Beware

Ordered A pair of shoes for $96 was then charged 116 on my credit card. Sent 11 emails with no response. Notified my credit card company that I believed this was fraud. Within two weeks I received a pair of plastic flip-flops from China worth about two dollars if that. Return address was DaiBo no. 3 Guangzhou China. When I Google the return address all kinds of fraud and different company names beware
