“Worthwhile”

Agens S.
11/22/19

While the information is not always accurate, this site is critical for those of you who are on dating sites. You can corroborate much information to determine their truthfulness. You can get their most recent address in 95 percent of the cases and other cities and states in which they have lived. You can, more importantly, find out if they have any criminal offenses. I was about to meet a guy who had several... one for theft over $1000. Needless to say, I stopped communicating with him. I also found MYSELF... and the bankruptcy I filed decades ago. That didn't please me but it is what it is. The guy I'm dating now has NO criminal records, NO liens, No nothing. I feel safe. This site to me was worth the money I paid for 6 months.

Several people who have had their SIM card hacked within their phone and smart tv's has seen their stolen personal information on this.site.and then see their income tweeted job titles exaggerated truth mixes with lies on this site. Its no wonder why peoples credit card number gets stolen and little to no information found for the person that their seeking info on. Dnt pay these people anything and bc they are trying to make money off of their scamming stalking people and hoping that the victims will pay them to take the fake/ mixed with wee bit truth. I have nothing to gain reporting they s nor to loose. Keep yr money and beware that all these crooks need from you is attention to their site. Sure looks legit sure sure it does. That's part of their charm. Ava n don't be fooled and bc even my information after my SIM card was hijacked ended up on this sit.

I don't think I have to tell you how bad this company is. You can read all the negative reviews. (I don't think I've even seen a good review).
But if you want to see just how bad this company is go to https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/MyLife-Reviews-E*******.htm
To see what their employees are saying about the company - that seems to say it all.

https://www.mylife.com/user-agreement- The agreement states that you can and will be billed from a 3rd party that you did not authorize and that you have no recourse from this transaction. What a Joke! RIP OFF - JUST SAY NO!

Where do I begin! They have me listed as living in states I've never even stepped foot in. Have people listed as relatives that aren't and some people listed THAT I'VE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF. Thry list me as single with no children. I've married since 2010 and we have 1 child. They listed my husbands family as my relatives (among the other I mentioned they listed), though they don't list me as married. They don't list my actual family (parents, 3 brothers, aunts, uncles, etc...) My family has been from the same town for over 400years! It's not like it'd be that hard to find. They claim I have a criminal record. Well, if you consider a speeding ticket I got over 20 years ago as making me a criminal. No listing of military service... I truly hope people don't take this site seriously!

I just wrote my review. I haven't sent them money, I got an email from them, opened it, checked on my OWN name & found totally wrong info including my GENDER! Info about relatives long dead, my own name mixed up w/3 others, wrong religion, places listed where I lived that I'd never been to. BEWARE!

Products used:
None, THEY emailed ME. Once I saw the so-called info on me & dead relatives I could see this is a fraudulent company. Didn't even get my GENDER right. Don't know a lot of men named Judy.

I wanted to search only TWO people, so I signed up for the three day trial for $1.00. I did not receive an email with my account information. I checked my bank statement and there were TWOIcharges on my Visa, each for a $1.00 trial; one was for a "Premium" account. I did ONE search and tried to search a second person and it said that I'd completed the amount of searches allowed for the trial! I immediately called MyLife and was told I was Caller #15. The customer rep was an oriental-sounding girl and she was very difficult to understand. I said, "Why is it called a three day trial when I get ONE search? She had no answer for that. She said that my subscription was canceled and gave me the confirmation number. I said that I wanted an email confirmation of cancelation, and she said she would send it. I'm still waiting. I have read countless complaints about MyLIfe, and their underhanded business tactics. Why, may I ask, are they still allowed to operate?

After years of being on the Free Service I thought it would be best to Correct all the Wrong Information supposedly found by My Life. I was just trying to put my card info.in to pay the $12.95 a month payment program wen I received that my card on PayPal was just charged $145.00 by a company called Reunion.com.Needless to say I didn't even finish putting my Original PayPal Card info.in n went right to my PayPal Account. I mean it was like...2 min.after I clicked on the Pay w PayPal they charged my PayPal. But guess wat...I had n have all my Cards Locked.! Fortunately! But this company Reunion.com is a subsidiary website for My Life.com. N I will be Reporting both Sites for Theft. If it's possible, because that's wat they tried to do to me. But also it's late in month n I'm Broke...lol...lol But it Still Sucks.! Shoot I had to close out my Bank Account because my bank...got tired of my reporting I did not make that transaction n I did not give them my info. They accauly took my debit card away. People steal you're info. So Easily Now...it's Scary. And my 2 ins.company EFT...they kept sending them in Be4 My SSCheck was Deposited. N I was paying $50 extra a month to the bank for that. N the companies...I'm ready to send them my Bank Statements Proving they Costed Me Extra Money I really don't have almost Every Month. The Bank...oh that's You're Problems Mrs. Dunn. Excuse me...my husband passed n I think it's you're job to Help Me.! Ohhh Nooo. Bye Bye UKnow Wat. Anyway yeah MyLife.com has co-conspirator at Reunion.com.

Tip for consumers:
DONT TRUST THEM !!

Products used:
Nothing I just wanted to have my information Deleted. My Card Acounts Deleted. But I turned them off until I go to BBB N Report them there. All their Information is Mostly Wrong. LIKE my Father passed at age 71. N they have he is 96, sex offender, .....all kinds of Criminal Reports. THATS JUST SOOO WRONG IN MY BOOK.!!! I'm a baby boomer n I was taught a Hand Shake ..Meant you were Honest n Forthright.

They try to scare you with "exposed" data and first names of people who are searching for you in order to get you to subscribe.

They even sent me a notice that I was being "viewed" by my DEAD HUSBAND!
And that I could "contact him" for 50% regular price!

I Strongly! Encourage each of you to go to Mylife.com and search yourself! They are telling the public that folks "might" have CRIMINAL records "might" be sex offenders..."might " have bankruptcy, liens ect... but Mylife KNOWS you dont! So when you see your own you call them because, man... this was upsetting, and they tell you that you can PAY to become a member and control what the public sees... but you never gave them permission to use you on this site... they told my birthday, where I live, and knowingly told lies that as a Certified Medical Assistant could cast shadow on my reputation. Turns out they KNOW what they're doing is WRONG! THEY HAVE TO REMOVE YOU FROM THEIR SITE! GOOGLE THE STEPS AND e-mail them they say it takes 7/10 business days... I told them I am contacting a lawyer... mine was pulled off the very next day. Anybody wanna check into CLASS ACTION?

Jeffery Tinsley the CEO of mylife.com is using people’s information unlawfully to make money. In my case, a young man came to my house prior to my name being on Jeffery Tinsley’s mylife. He told me he was from the census bureau. I gave him my information. He asked me who else lived in the house and for their information and names etc. I gave him the sequence of my birthdate incorrect. Shortly after, I found my name with that incorrect birth date exactly on the mylife.com website. In criminal law, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent. Look at this guy on LinkedIn. What I smart $#*! smile you greedy $#*!. I know young entrepreneurs in California are really excited about making money from their stupid little website projects after facebook. But how can these sneaky stupid greedy little $#*!heads like Jeffery Tinsley steal people’s information on such a massive scale and sell it. I can’t believe this website is still running. Jeffery Tinsley YOU SUCK and should be in jail.

This company should be put out of business and have a class action suit filed against them. I signed up for a trial offer just to see what info was available on me and found it had my current address as an address I haven't been at for over 30+ years just for starters. For a company that supplies info that gives a reputation score that could be used as a basis for employment, housing, loans, volunteer services should not exist anywhere at any time. The info provided is unreliable and could be damaging to good and honest people. I was billed for $179 and $156 and it's impossible to reach the company at any phone numbers or email. There should be laws against this type of "service" and the info they provide. I urge others to not even bother with a trial offer because you will be hit with outrageous charges with little recourse to get your money back. Let's put this company out of business and start a class action lawsuit. I only gave a one star because it's not possible to give them anything less.

Tip for consumers:
Mylife.com could be very damaging if the info is used for employment, housing, loan or to volunteer. To judge ppl

This website sent me an email (supposedly from a friend) and when I completed their little questionaire, they hacked into my email contact list and sent everyone a message like it was from me (just like the one I received from my friend - which was a scam, too). I called and had them remove me from their list immediately and told them that I was going to report what they did. I DID NOT give thme permission to use my contact list

They give my address out for everybody in the world to see, I have a woman and children to protect. This is ridiculous, I should not have to tell them where I work or what I do for a living for it to be known, Hey can we just put a giant flashing neon sign in front of my house that says HEY ALL YOU ESCAPED CONVICT MURDERERS AND RAPISTS YOU KNOW WHERE HE WORKS COME AND GET HIS FAMILY... Let's be honest this MyLife is an evil company!

I did the trial subscription and cancelled two days later. I took a screenshot when I disabled renewal to make sure I could prove it on a gut feeling that I would need this later. Sure enough, about two weeks later I got charged $14.95. I see others were charged more, so I consider myself lucky. However, it was not worth the one dollar I originally paid. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT INFO. DON'T DO IT!

I signed up for a trial rhe 7 day and I was charged for one year.
SO, I called and said, today is my 7th day and I did not sign up for 1year of $167.00.
She said I need to sign up for one month for $10 and she would refund the $167.
I told her I did not want it at all.
She said just give her my credit card number and for $9 she could sing me up for a month.
I said NO, I do not want nothing at all!
Then the lady said, well, I cant help you, good bye

Terrible customer service... not to mention, stealing ones money.

A background check was being ran on me for my new job. I wanted to see what they were seeing about me. I knew I had nothing too bad in my past, but I was still curious. So, when mylife.com popped up while on another site I thought I would just check it out for the trial period with the option to cancel before the monthly billing was charged to my account. Well, that didn't happen. They charged my account the monthly premium early by 3 days and then on 4/27 they took it upon themselves to upgrade my account and charge me an additional fee for that. When I called to tell them that this charge was unauthorized, she argued with me. When I asked if I could talk to a supervisor, she asked me " for what" then said that there were no supervisors there, and she would just credit my account for both charges. (I had only asked for the second one.) However, the moment I hung up, I checked my account and she had not credited my account twice, she had debited it two more times on top of the first two. When I called back and talked to a male, he said that he didn't have those charges on his side... they laughed and drained my bank account.
