“Worthwhile”

Agens S.
11/22/19

While the information is not always accurate, this site is critical for those of you who are on dating sites. You can corroborate much information to determine their truthfulness. You can get their most recent address in 95 percent of the cases and other cities and states in which they have lived. You can, more importantly, find out if they have any criminal offenses. I was about to meet a guy who had several... one for theft over $1000. Needless to say, I stopped communicating with him. I also found MYSELF... and the bankruptcy I filed decades ago. That didn't please me but it is what it is. The guy I'm dating now has NO criminal records, NO liens, No nothing. I feel safe. This site to me was worth the money I paid for 6 months.

They hijack your personal info and broadcast it online and then extort you into paying them to remove it, and then neglect to remove it at all. Furthermore, they bill far more onto the card than they say they will. Word of advice, dispute the charges with your credit card company, they will place a three way call and you get taken a lot more seriously with them on the line, I got most of the charges removed this way.

I found out this site posted ALL my personal info including the last 4 of my SSN, mother's maiden name, address, credit cards, car, photos of me, my house--setting me up to be victimized. Called and emailed asking them to take it down and they want me to PAY a membership fee to "edit" or "remove" my info. Some of the info is straight up wrong and other is defamatory. I wonder how they pick their victims?

MyLife claims, that Iam related to 8 names on this site. Iam NOT. I only know my daughter. Also, site states I was arrested for stealing someone's Drivers lisc. And drove their car. I never did any of these things. Sorry not my story. I have tried several times to contact MyLife but ignored. Last week received an email MyLife I can 'hide' my profile for a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly fee. WHAT? Over a hundred per year. I came to site in search for my biological brothers, and I learned nothing

Because MyLife.com provided my personal and private information, my bank accounts were hacked and drained. MyLIfe.com is breaking a privacy law and as soon as my attorney finishes his investigation, I will see them in court.

Tip for consumers:
Sue this company if they reveal your private information.

They need to be prosecuted and their site should be taken down. They are not operating legally. The information on their website is not accurate making people pay to clear the derogatory information that mylife posts on their website and it appears they take photos from Facebook and post the photos on their site as part of your profile. Scary!

POS traitors gather American citizens personal info, database it, and post it for anyone to use agaiNot us. This company should be arrested for espionage and subversion against our country and should lose their citizenship and be deported following a lengthy jail sentence and hefty fine. And that goes for every single employee of that company and whoever is putting the information out there for them to find it. American citizens should be protected for vile criminals like this. This allows people who want to harm our citizens to easily track and find them using simple Google logic. And these evil pricks are doing it to turn a profit. Revoke their citizenship, jail and find them to the max! Treasonous scumbags!

This company harassed me for a while with threats that "someone is looking for your" -- and when I saw my profile on their site I was appalled at all the incongruences. I called them, yelled at them, and they promised to remove the false info posted under my full name. I still feel I deserve compensation for the stress they caused me...

Much of the information is not accurate. For instance, if you have had a roommate, they are included as your relatives, which includes their debts, bankruptcies which also become YOURS. (One has to pay to see what is yours and what is associated with you through a relative.) Previous property owners, are now your relatives as well, and their debts, crimnal convictions become YOURS. It costs money to see your own report. So they trick you into trying to fix your report. I personally think this is a SCAM to make you pay to fix your reputation, which they have mishandled and manufactured!

Went to this site and bought the promotional offering then immediately canceled it. They proceeded to bill me twice claiming I bought to accounts (like who would need two). Two days later I was billed 99.92 that they refused to refund stating they cannot do that and only cancel any future charges

Scammers. They have incorrect information. Trying to disable my account and they doubled the cost they wanted to charge me. I will be watching my credit card to see if they actually disable. Do not engage with them!

Waste of money. I was looking up info on a lost relative. Paid the one month price. I found more info on this person on other sites for free. Wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing. Total waste of time and money.

The site states that I have "arrests or criminal records" and "lawsuits, liens, or bankruptcies." I have never been arrested (much less convicted of a crime), no liens or lawsuits have ever been filed against me, and I have never filed for bankruptcy. I am a licensed attorney in good standing in 2 states, so I don't know where this site is getting its information.

For years I was ignoring the threatening emails from MyLife for I was certain it was scam. I am shocked to know that this harmful organization is taken for real and is still functioning. All the information they have on me is false including the name. I have never signed with MyLife and I have never used the name they connect me with. There is no saying how much damage they have already done not only to me, but other people as well.

If anyone believes the stuff that is published on Mylife, you would have to be an idiot. I searched my children, my wife and myself and many of our friends on this site and have found that the majority of the information they provide is completely inaccurate. It is so bad that when I found the data on my daughter's new fiancé I was ready to kick him to the curb, only later to find out that 90% of the information provided at a cost to me, was completely erroneous. It showed him as "married" which was totally inaccurate. Do not waste your money on this site. Do your own checking on people by telephoning associates, etc. Mylife is a complete waste of time and money. I am infuriated with the inaccurate information they provide.

I searched my own name and there were mistakes. It showed at least one address where I never lived at all. There was a huge time gap in their information. I searched my own name so I could gauge their accuracy before I searched for other people. The age was accurate.

This site doesn't do anything but take your money. They didn't send or show me anything. All is does is send you to another site to pay again but they are quick to take your money. Make sure to call and cancel

Worst ever, don't know how this site can stay online and scam more people. SAD!

This site is a nightmare... 95% of what is posted about me is wrong - wrong cars, wrong net worth, wrong salary, wrong job, says I am related/associated with people I have never heard of, has me listed as supporting political causes that I most certainly do not support. Says I have lawsuits/liens/bankruptcies which I do not have. Says I am a MAN, although the last time I checked I still have the vagina I was born with 47 years ago. The only thing they got right was my name and birthday. And of course my address is right there for anyone who wants it. How can they get by with posting this nonsense?

I tried the three day $1 trial; I cancelled within 30 minutes. I sent an email to the effect of cancelling and not charging me the $29.95 I would have been responsible for had I not cancelled within three days. They charged the $29.95 and two separate $1 charges immediately. I called and was assured I would be reimbursed and receive and email stating such. I have received no response and the charges are still there. Also, the information on the site is not accurate.

SCAM to get your $$. Was told I would see a profile of the person who I was looking for and given the option of sending an email to that person instead. I was charged for the entire year at a discounted rate. I did call the next business day for a refund and was told that they would downgrade my package to 6 months but they could not and would not refund anything more, per their policy.

To sum up…not the product they propose to be, not customer focused and does not have good business ethics.

You can get more information from spokeo for free than this site. It's got flashy bars and lights that show it's gathering information, with weekly reminders that someone might have accessed your data. All lies and a scam. If you try and cancel online, the cancel button is a sham. The TOS says you still have to call in to confirm you've canceled. Call them here right away if you've used them *******900.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time. It's clickbait. Offers other sites to click through without warning.

Checked it out, paid $1.00 2/9/2020 to try it out, couldn't correct the information, so canceled, then 2/14/2020 I get an email stating the site is charging my credit card $54.95, I call told Customer Service rep that I had canceled, their solution they refunded me $45.00 and kept $9.95 for one month. Then I go check my Credit Card transactions and discover they charged me $1.00 twice! This site is a con, and needs to be shut down by the Feds. Gathering my info and documentation and sending it to the FBI.

The ONLY thing they have correct is the city I live in. Incorrect family members, address, date of birth, former living, occupation--all wrong wrong wrong; I reportedly work in a city about 1,000 miles from where they have me living and BOTH are wrong. This is how I check the validity and abilities of any sight who purports to do this sort of investigation, and if it looks as if it's got any 'good info' on me I will consider engaging them for others. This company will never see my business.
