“Worthwhile”

Agens S.
11/22/19

While the information is not always accurate, this site is critical for those of you who are on dating sites. You can corroborate much information to determine their truthfulness. You can get their most recent address in 95 percent of the cases and other cities and states in which they have lived. You can, more importantly, find out if they have any criminal offenses. I was about to meet a guy who had several... one for theft over $1000. Needless to say, I stopped communicating with him. I also found MYSELF... and the bankruptcy I filed decades ago. That didn't please me but it is what it is. The guy I'm dating now has NO criminal records, NO liens, No nothing. I feel safe. This site to me was worth the money I paid for 6 months.

Several people who have had their SIM card hacked within their phone and smart tv's has seen their stolen personal information on this.site.and then see their income tweeted job titles exaggerated truth mixes with lies on this site. Its no wonder why peoples credit card number gets stolen and little to no information found for the person that their seeking info on. Dnt pay these people anything and bc they are trying to make money off of their scamming stalking people and hoping that the victims will pay them to take the fake/ mixed with wee bit truth. I have nothing to gain reporting they s nor to loose. Keep yr money and beware that all these crooks need from you is attention to their site. Sure looks legit sure sure it does. That's part of their charm. Ava n don't be fooled and bc even my information after my SIM card was hijacked ended up on this sit.

Fully 80% of the information is wrong. False "relatives", false court information, they don't even have the vehicle correct.

This site, as I view it, serves no purpose, except to provide a lot of false information about people.

This should be illegal. Evil extortionists should not have an outlet such as this. A class action suit is in order.

Mylife was just recently sued into oblivion. So much so, that it can't even afford to pay the fine. Some companies were actually using this site to make hiring decisions. Also, some lawyers were using the site to try and discredit their opposition. Thanks to the lawsuit, mylife can't be used in a consumer reporting capacity. There is now a blurb on their site indicating that information cannot legally be used to make hiring/financial decisions.

One of the biggest issues with mylife.com is that anyone can leave a positive or negative remark anonymously. Someone might not even know who you are, and can leave a negative review without using their name or even a summary as to why they don't like you. If this happens, you have to pay in order to either have the profile locked or the anonymous review removed.

Speaking of reviews on mylife.com, the Ceo of mylife.com is Jeffrey Paul Tinsley 48 of Los Angeles California. I think that everyone should leave a review for Mr. Tinsley so that he knows exactly how people feel about him as a person for creating mylife.com He currently enjoys an excellent social score.

I have provided the direct link for anyone that chooses to leave a review. In case, the link is removed, just go to mylife and search for his information. You can do this absolutely free. No credit card number or even subscription is required. https://www.mylife.com/jeffrey-tinsley/ e*******218 This site is definitely playing on people's fears.

There is a bright-side to all of this. You can easily have your name removed from their site.
Send them an email to: removalrequests@ mylife.com and let them know to remove you from their website.

If you are dead-set on having your information removed from their site, let them know that you are fully prepared to hire a consumer protection lawyer if you have to.

Make sure to include every variation of your name that you have found. When I went through the removal process, there were 6 different variations of my name and I have only gone by one of the names they had on their site.

Companies like this shouldn't even be allowed to exist, but it does. So, stand up for yourself and be prepared to use all legal remedies available to you

Tip for consumers:
You can have your information removed from the site with a simple email.

I signed up for the dollar trial period & canceled it within the allotted time frame & also requested that my account be closed or canceled and to please not charge my account anything except for the one dollar that I agreed to, but have since been charged $1 on 4 different dates along with another charge of $18.95 and then another charge for $79.95 and I'm now in the process of trying to get my refund from this fraudulent company that keeps charging my account whenever they feel like it in all different denominations but have not heard back from anyone yet. DO NOT waste your time or even your dollar because then you will get emails telling you that people are looking for you just so you go online to get your money, so do not fall for it because it is completely unconscionable how this company is run and their billing practices because I did not authorize any of these charges except for the one dollar trial period & they will not explain to me what these unauthorized charges are for and how they came up with these amounts because I know I never authorized over $100 to be charged to my account for this BS and I am posting it everywhere until I get my money back and I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau because all the information on there is incorrect and I do not know where they get it from. If you are having a problem with my life.com and on authorized charges on your accounts please go to the Better Business Bureau and put a complaint in and maybe something will be done if we do it as a group because I am contacting them today if I do not get my credits back or if I do not hear back from them at all.

Totally Incompetent: MyLife makes to no attempt to cross-reference (i. E. verify) any of the raw data their search engine pulls to create their bogus "reputation scores". As an example, they list an unsatisfied tax lien filed by the state of Ohio allegedly against me in the year 2000. I have never been a resident of the state of Ohio and I have never owne property in the sate of OH. Easily verifiable! Therefore, whatever record they pulled was for someone with a similar or the same name. Also easily verifiable. Then there's the bogus "Damaging Associates" category of data which simply lists any neighbors who may have had (oh no!) a speeding ticket. When someone is living in a city apartment complex, there are literally HUNDREDS of "neighbors" almost all of which most residents have never met. What's worse, the address MyLife used to try to rat out all those nefarious neighbors was a temporary (6 month) apartment I leased 10 YEARS AGO. I have owned and lived in 3 houses since then in much "nicer" neighborhoods - with certainly many fewer (if any) "damaging associates" lurking about. ALL of those more recent addresses included mortgages which makes finding out that I no longer live in Alexandria, VA, slam dunk easy for a competent (and motivated) search engine and staff to verify. Take away all the easily verifiable BS in my record and I would be a model citizen (2 speeding tickets) according to MyLife. As it is, I'm despicably below the national average. Oh, and the "corrupt" part is, even when you pay good (more) money to be a "premium" member, and tell MyLife to fix the obvious errors, they do NOTHING. They simply post your comments (alibis) along with the erroneus information on their site. IT CHANGES NOTHING relative to the score and what people see when they do a search for you. The site is less than worthless. Don't waste a DIME on it.

First I received an email stating something that was posted to my background, of which I knew wasn't true. So I called and was told that I could access my background report for 14.95, so I did and then tried to access my information and got absolutely no where. After calling and speaking with several people, of which they just bull$#*! there way around what I was trying to tell them, which they now changed there story and said that I would have to pay for premium membership to get my report, because the 14.95 didnt cover this service. Then I was told that I wouldn't be able to get my own background report but I could search for others. Not true, they knew exactly what I was searching for from the getco. What Liars! So I paid and then got to the screen where I was supposed to be able to access my report and it never showed... I called back to cancel and get my money refunded and listened to more crap, the girl just kept speaking over my conversation. She was very rude and wouldn't listen to what I was trying the say. She made it sound like I didn't know what I was signing up for. At this point, now I couldn't even access my account. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH MYLIFE... TOTAL RIPOFF AND I AM POSTING THIS SO THE SAME SITUATION DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING BECAUSE THEY POST INFORMATION THAT ISN'T EVEN YOU OR AND THE INFORMATION IS A LIE. SO I GOT RIPPED OFF TODAY AND STILL NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BY HAVING MY INFORMATION CORRECTED OR COMPLETELY DELETED FROM THIS SITE. I WILL PURSUE THIS.
