After an 1 or 2 of placing my order, 2 weeks ago, I received an email saying that they will take up to 20 days, so I asked to cancel my order, and I received a response saying that they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. After more than 2 weeks and many many email from me, noone had contacted me, the order was never cancel, my money was never return and I received an item that cost about $10 less on other websites.
It's upsetting and disappoint to feel that a company is making fun of you and doesn't take care of it customers. I have never feel this way.
Shame on this company.

Ordered an eyeshadow pallette, which didn't arrive. Emailed customer service and they said it was out of stock (it didn't today this on the website) and that they'd have it to me ASAP. When it finally arrived after months, it was the wrong one. The eyeshadow itself was chalky and barely pigmented at all. Customer service said they'd send me the right one, and after over a year they never did after emailing again and again during this period. Never received the right pallette and probably never will.

I ordered a brush set on December 12th, package never came. I called USPS and they said they received the box but there was NOTHING in it. I contacted the company and they REFUSE to give me a refund because they claim they need my address again to send out a new shipment and since I didn't receive the shipment they can't refund me. I told them I do not want the brushes and to give me me refund. It makes NO sense. They have a fake number posted on their website to call and they take DAYS to email you back and it's always the same answer. Disgusting company.

Horrible, horrible company! I was using them on a regular basis, when I first started getting into cosmetics. But they continuously sent any item they felt like sending. I don't know WHY they give an option of size, or colour, because you're going to receive whatever THEY CHOOSE. I tried to write them about my issues, provided pictures!, and they wrote back saying that they wanted pictures. Huh? I AGAIN sent pictures. They replied that I HAD received SOMETHING, so they weren't going to bother with my issue. That's when they stopped answering my emails. I tried to file a new claim, and they wouldn't acknowledge that either. Also the brushes fall apart after washing, and the makeup smells like wax. If you're looking for a grab bag of cheap stuff, this is your site.

Im not the type of person who put reviews but this one, I feel so disappointed. I ordered a set of brushes a month ago and I received a different one, and the brushes smell like chemical, wouldn't like to use it! I contact them about it and that person told me that those brushes are out if stock and I can just wait for few weeks and they'll send it to me but I received nothing! I asked for a refund but they say they don't do refund!

I ordered for my make up brush set a few weeks ago. I received numerous emails confirming that my order had been shipped and delivered. I receive the email that my package had been delivered this Saturday before a long weekend, therefore I decided to wait a few days after I did not see the package in my mail to see if by any chance it had been delayed. Once I contacted my make up brush that I was told that I needed to contact the USPS, I followed all of the steps that were requested and I am continuously given the runaround. I was beyond excited for my order that I placed and I have been sincerely disappointed with the service I have received an indemnifying issue.

Best brushes ever. In pictures it looks like a plastic handle but in reality, it looks like metal and also has a flexible neck... the best part about these brushes are the bristles are very soft and feels like cotton on the skin. Must have for a makeup lover...
