My Brush Set

I ordered a brush in August. It came in September but it didn't work besides being the wrong color. They were very quick to respond and say they will send another, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I have written to them so many times Abigail sends the same" so sorry due to covid "letter. My advice to you is save your money, DO NOT ORDER.

I get the fact this new virus has a big effect on shipping and so on. But I bought a 26 color lip pallet the 4th of may and it's already June 2nd and still have not gotten it yet. I had high hopes for this buy due to all the other reviews about this website. I bought something else from the same place/ area the very same day and that item arrived a week and a half later. While nothing on the Shipping progress of the lip pallet. I probably won't buy anything from here again. No point in asking for a refund. Just plain disappointed.

I bought brushes from them and over half came broken in to two pieces. Still trying to get my refund. #Garbage

I ordered and asked for replacement... Then they sent a much better with a great message saying "Its your company and our products are only for you".

This is a game changer. At first, it feels really weird but then it becomes addictive. It wakes your face up, and after a couple weeks of using this in the mornings, my face feels smoother and my eyes look less puffy and aged. I actually look forward to my ice rolling every morning now. And for the price- you can't beat it. Great buy on My Makeup Brushset.

I bought these mainly to make my vanity area look nice to go along with the pink theme I have so I had no intention on immediately using them. I got impatient looking at them and how beautiful and soft the brushes were and used them the next week & I am IN LOVE! I literally have no complaints about my makeup brush set brushes. My makeup goes on flawless and the variety of brushes comes in handy. In fact I have a few I haven't used yet but will soon!

I ordered the 5 in 1 professional styler on Dec 12th as a Christmas gift. It was never delivered so I reached out on Christmas inquiring about where it was. I reached out again Dec 29th and it finally arrived a couple of days later.
The product didn't even work. There was no air blowing out of the curlers so the only function that worked was a simple hair dyer. What's the point of the product if the main features don't work? Then the main machine just completely fell apart so it was impossible to use.
I asked to return it on Jan 17 and they replied strategically on Feb 1 saying I could only return it 30 days after delivery (with no instructions), which had now passed with their delayed response time. I wrote back immediately saying that's completely unfair because you responded after my 30-day window was up with no instructions so I'll give you one more chance to allow me to return it. They responded almost 20 days later with instructions on how to return it (I have to pay for shipping) or an option for 20% off my next item. Why in the world would I ever buy something from here again?
Keep in mind they say their response time is 1-2 business day (try 15-20 days on average).
It's a scam. Do not buy.
