Ordered refills of my deodorant recently and never received it. Sent customer service two emails with request for help over a 10 day period with no response. The website says to use the chat feature but it has been disabled, there is no phone number and no customer service chat. I eventually had to open up a dispute with my credit card company. The company is sadly having major issues and is a liability to shop from. Too bad as I really liked their products. The website is also very hard to use: it pre-populates your cart with choices you don't want or need and is impossible to use on a mobile device. Would not recommend.
