I've been buying from Jabong for few years now and have had great experience with the products, their competitive prices and hassle free return and refund service. There have been couple of incidents where the ordered item was not available or it took a very long time to come. But overall highly satisfied
My sister had sent one dress for my daughter through Myntra, Yesterday I received the parcel through e-kart. When we opened the parcel there was 1 Pillow cover, 1 pc socks, 1 Blouse and 1 T-shirt. All items were old used and torn. I immediately called the delivery man who asked me to call myntra. I called myntra and asked them to pick-up this immediately but they did not do this. It feels like someone has sent some thing for black magic purpose.
I got an incomplete product for my prepaid order. Instead of pack of 2 I received only one. After several complaints, customer care supported their staff and told me that they don't approve my claim. At the time of COVID, they are looting their regular customers and making money. Plz plz I request u not to buy anything from this app. Don't waste time on customer care, they all are involved and nothing will be resolved. I lost my money and the product.
I am a regular customer of Mynta. I have recently ordered 1 wrogn jacket and a shoe which were delivered on time. The products are original and also the price is lesser than other sites. 1 month earlier I ordered a short of Jack & Jones which were not of proper size. I requested to return the product which was soon done by them and the amount was transferred in my account within one day.
The delivery boy in Mumbai borivali area was very rude he wasted my entire day in morning he called me and assured that your order will get delivered till evening 6pm. By 5.40 when I called him he was not picking my phone so when i called local service centre to know status of my order then finally delivery guy called me said sorry sir I can't deliver your order now cause my shift is over now.
Worst services ever than other shopping portals online. Even paytm has better services than Myntra.

I lost my 1699 worth dress. I paid through on line banking while purchasing dress money taken by myntra and dress taken by courier team. Myntra simply said they are not responsible for the missing dress and not returned my money
As soon as you go online on app or website of myntra, it shows great discounts on products but as soon as you place the order, discounts goes in vain. So its like buying a stock on myntra, where the discount crashes as soon as you order the product. Please double check the prices after placing the order.
I have visited jbong.com for shopping bt it is not looking a site to got ur choice. I have search and find differnt sites like jbong but my desire find at Pakrobe.com.It was a good experience to interact with PakRobe. Com. Response was prompt and on spot. I got a fine product over here.

The damn product claims to have warranty for 3 months, did not even use the product for that long also and when I was buying the product it was mentioned as 1 year warranty now they are claiming it was 3 months. If you can't provide proper service please don't sell worst product. I did not even buy cheap product it's 3k.
Pathetic experience. Product waz returned back without delivering inspite of 5-6 calls and followupswith Myntra customer care. They havent done a refund yet. They do not keep promises. Worst shopping site ever
0 star option is not dere otherwise jabong is worth 0 star. Its dangerous to purchase from here as the order I made from jabong wen I received it was untagged and looking old and delivery man came next day after I placed return request. He didn't took it back as it was untagged... den I shared snapshots with jabong of dat product(blazer) and still not got a single answer from dem... The blazer I purchased was worth rs4800 wat is the repo of jabong its 0. And if dey will not take any action den surely I have to take a bigger action... Height of bad service. I ordered dress last month n it didnt get delivered. I did followup for the same but these service persons only say 'SORRY' and ask to cancel order. This is once again now, during the SALE that happened between 21st Sept 2017 - 24th Sept 2017. I ordered 2dresses and only pert of order got processed and another dress is still in the same state as earlier. No any status update available for this. If you cant handle situations during such SALES then y u arrange these. So much disappointed.
Myntra blatantly cheated me regarding a refund. There were 3 refunds(2 are same amounts(1169. 31)) but only 2 amounts reflected in my card. When I checked with them, eventually, they sent me manipulated, edited emails and their ph. Care agents also told lies as per emails. They dont share their email to me to share their manipulated emails details. They r doing online buz but dont want to share their email ID to a customer who raised a refund complaint. What a Fruad! They simply repeated me, check with my bank care but th fraud is from Myntra end. At last, I checked with my bank people, they told they received only 2 refunds from Myntra, not 3. You have to check with them only, since the transaction done from your end as a valid one we cannot raise dispute. It was clearly Myntra Fraud and Cheating. Be careful with this Cheater! Not even deserve for a single star!
I was sick and I am not going to office from last 2 days, I asked the delivery guy to reschedule the delivery as I am not feeling well.
The way he speaks is very rude and started abusing that I have been asking him to come daily from last two days.

I contacted myntra call center help desk twice they will not take any action on him though I reported I am not going to take purchase any items further from myntra. I never expected this behaviour from myntra
I have a refund against one item but can not received amount yet, its almost 20 days, every time user give me to suggestion that refund has been created.
So guys do not ever purchase item from MYANTRA.

I bought a pair of shoes from jabong site and to my surprise after paying Rs. 850/- those shoes got totally torned within a week, i am software engineer so walk very less, even then my shoes got torned totally within a week.
Guys honestly please please dont use myntra for online order this is big froud and cheater company. No support for customers worst delivery service. Over priced product... They can cencelled your order anytime you expecting on your doorstep. No meaning of delivery timing coupons offers and discounts...

Very bad shopping experience with myntra. Cheaters unprofessionals. They don't bother the customer service. Unsatisfied with the behavior of team myntra. I ordered a pair of shoes which they deliver out of time and of different size and of same foot. I also ordered a kurti which they don't deliver and said the product was lost. Very bad experience. If you want to shop online go somewhere else myntra was not for anyone.

I returned a jacket of rs 2199 because of poor fitting and cloth material. They credited amount in myntra credit and when I complained to so called customer care they refused to refund it into my account now they ask to shop for rs 2999 to use my rs 2199
If they want they can easily ask their account dept to NEFT the amount and cancel the myntra credit.

The product i ordered didn't match the photo. Photos seems very much photoshopped.In reality it looks nothing like the photo. The quality looked inferior with respect to the price. I immediately decided to return it. But i never knew the return policy was a sham. The person who came to pick the product was asking for a tag. I showed him that there was a tag attached to it. To that he said that that was not the one he was looking for. He was looking for a different tag. But i told him that i had received the product in this way only. There was a tag on which a sticker with the product detail was stuck. I thought that this was the tag but nothing could put sense into his biased mind. They harrassed me like anything. Ultimately left the product with me. It is lying with me for more than 12 days and Myntra closed the issue saying resolved! This was cheating!
