I've been buying from Jabong for few years now and have had great experience with the products, their competitive prices and hassle free return and refund service. There have been couple of incidents where the ordered item was not available or it took a very long time to come. But overall highly satisfied

My sister had sent one dress for my daughter through Myntra, Yesterday I received the parcel through e-kart. When we opened the parcel there was 1 Pillow cover, 1 pc socks, 1 Blouse and 1 T-shirt. All items were old used and torn. I immediately called the delivery man who asked me to call myntra. I called myntra and asked them to pick-up this immediately but they did not do this. It feels like someone has sent some thing for black magic purpose.

Horrible experience. Received 2 defective Varesha trays without price tags worth 2200. Put it for return. The agent did not turn up and put declined pick up as the product does not meet the standards.
Tried my best to get in touch with the customer care and sort it out. After numerous mails znd msges on Facebook. They promised to sort it out and take back the product, but the same story repeated.
Beware of buying stuff here, if the seller sends you a defective item, myntra will not take it back on the grounds that it does not meet their return standards and the customer has no way to prove that the seller sent a defective item.
Here the according to myntra seller is the god and we buyers are robbers trying to loot them
Its a big scam.

I order a philips trimmer from jabong.com, It was a non-returnable product but when I received it the package of the product was damaged so I clicked a picture of that. When I opened it the product didn't start up as the battery was dead and I changed the battery and it got started, I also saw strand of hair on it, all this clearly means it is a used product which I got, It has been more than 15 days and they are calling me every 2nd day and at the end they refused to provide my refund and they are not helping me with it.

Currently i ordered two jeans from the Myntra for my friend who is now in India, they provide good product with very fast delivery. I'm happy with there service.

Best online shopping site in India. They have great collections of whatever they offer. Company polices are customer friendly. Even there site is very much interactive and offers huge discounts.

They sale fake products. Don't buy from Myntra. Recently I bought new pair of Nike shoes, They were not having price tags and bar codes also was not matching.

Hii. My experience is very bed of the jabong.com online web site. I purcashed a jeans and ordered. My ordered is not come in time period which mention on the message then I call customer care and ask they say your ordered in on the way and then after 2 days ordered km and I saw my jeans which is not stretchable and not a cotton. I called customer care and complained about this but they dont take any action so friends I dont say suggest for this site

Myntra is a very bad shopping site. I hv ordered 2 products on 2nd feb'17 n it has been showed that the order will be placed on 16feb'17 but tiday is 19 feb but i yet to be received my product. Their customer service number is always busy so i mailed them many a time but got no rply from them

There are worse. There dealing is not good. There was one Return Of mydress berry block heel saddle.On 30th August they picked my sandle and still they are not refunding my money. Though i had given my all the details. They had ever blocked my email and phone.

Not a huge selection of products and prices too high; even more, you cannot purchase with your international enabled cards, if you are a foreigner in India,

Worst ordering system and ridiculous customer service! Spent nearly 7-8 hours to select items and placed an order. Order went through, money got deducted from my account, but the order never got submitted! Realized it when I didn't receive confirmation email and nothing was showing up under recent orders. Upon calling the customer service team they said there would've been a payment gateway issue and the money will be refunded back in 7-10 days into my account. Nothing was wrong with my internet, and it was working completely fine at the time of submitting the order, and that's why the payment went through fine. Customer service didn't even care about the precious time me as a customer had spent in order to create the order. And upon asking what will happen to my order that I placed, they said it will get cancelled and I need to start over again. This is no way to treat your customers, and there has to be a system to save previous orders and to quicken the refund process. I used this website because a friend referred it to me. But guess what, this has been my worst online ordering experience ever! I will not be ordering again, and will be sharing this with all of my friends and relatives also!

Such a shirt firm and support. Every time when i asking for a my refund they say 24 hours and its almost 3 weeks.
Please don't use the app, this is my second time.

I have been a regular customer at Myntra and have been shopping since years on their website. Last week I placed an order worth 8,000 Rs 3 days after placing the order I went on the website to track my order delivery and I was unable to login as Myntra has de activated my account and locked it for some reason. Only 2 of my products were delivered by then and rest 4 products are still not delivered to me. I called the customer care to check the issue and they said Myntra has the right to terminate your account as and when they like it. They refused to give me a valid reason for the termination and refused to activate my account again. They have not delivered after my products and they are not willing to refund me for those products. This is a total scam and fraud website, no matter how regular a customer you are it doesn't matter to them. DON'T EVER ORDER FOR HERE, THEY ARE CHEATERS, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND YOU BACK.

Myntra is good for Accesories and Apparels... i shopped alot from this as my friend also a shopaholic and a big fan of this sites. She suggest me this site... and i like the stuff and customer service of Myntra.

I have faced bad experience from myntra multiple times and now stopping to use it.

1) I placed and order and did not receive the item but in the app it shows the the item has been delivered. That item costs around 3000 and myntra is not ready to refund the amount. When I raised this dispute with the bank from which I made the payment and the bank inquired, then myntra has send them a document as a proof that the item has been received and that document does not have my signature. It has just a'P' written in place of the signature. Why to cheat a customer by putting any signature when the item has not reached the customer?

2) I had placed another order and returned it. The item in the app shows that the refund is processed and will receive it with in 7 to 10 days. Its been more that 12 days and I have not received the refund. I called the customer care and they say that the reference number is not generated and it will take 10 more days. What kind of service is this?

3) When I called to inquire about the refund for the items ordered together. The customer care representative asked me the item for which I was inquiring. I told her that it is about multiple items under single order id and gave her the order id. She raised her volume and again said tell me the items. I repeated the items and she got frustrated because it was for multiple items and she continued talking in a very bad tone.

I would have given zero rating for reliability if there would have been an option.

For cloth and accessories i used this website and they will deliver products in a day (day after tomorrow). Comparing to other shopping stores, i like this very much.

I ordered a set of window curtains from Myntra and i ordered it because it showed that it would be delivered on 28th july 2017 but to my surprise they even didn't dispatch it still. I had to leave for US so i called the customer care and those MORONS tell me that they still need few more days to dispatch it. They didn't even understand that if i receive this order beyond the set date it would be of no use to me.
NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY COMMIT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS
It was my 1st experience with Myntra and it turned out to be a nightmare. Better to use amazon.
In today's world when customer care is such an important thing they have just made this this to lure customers and not to take responsibility for the mistake they commit or understand or respond to the customer requests.
Hats off to the people running this,, they even don't bother or know how their company people are working... that in itself explains what kind of management they have.

On 3rd of Mrach i ordered 7 items from Myntra.
On 4th, two shoes and two shirts were scheduled to be delivered.
I got two shoes on 4th March but I haven't yet got the shirts, but in the myntra its showing that the shirts are delivered.
(Order No: **************101)
I have raised complaint to the customer care but no one is taking is seriously, 1st one customer service associate said that action will be taken in 3 working days and after 3 working days when i called them, they are saying that please give more 24 hours excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Now they said that the complaint has been declined.

What an unprofessional behaviour is this.

On the day of delivery i got a message stating that i ll get 4 products. However i got only shoes no shirts, i first called the delivery guy, he said that he had the only 1 package that he delivered and asked me to call myntra customer care.
I did the same. But they are not accepting their fault.

I have video camera fit into my PG. Any delivery would not be hidden, hence i requested the customer care executive to re - raise a complaint and this time send a person to mine PG for cc tv verification.

Still No response.

I would say is the worst experience with E-commerce sites jabong in India, because I have been into an incident recently. I have order some cloths (Urgent basis) for Rs. 1374/- (which was the best offer in the website at that point of time for next day order delivery actual value Rs. 1325/-) in the month of march 22th and the expected delivery date was 23rd of march 2018. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything on that date (even call, mail or SMS about the product).

I am already pay 49 rupees extra for urgent delivery.

So, I have waited for few days and continuously called the customer support and send the several mails to know the status of my order, since I am unable to know the status through the so called worst shopping website of India. Every time, the customer support people raising a complaint and bluffing about escalating this issue. The calls which I have made were also not toll free, some Rs. 50/- or more I spend.

I have received several reply mails with the extended time lines and senseless apologies. To my surprise, after a 2 days I have received one mail asking me to wait for the order and wanted me to place the fresh order. Then, I have received one more mail with the extended time line. So, I have waited for the resolution till the mentioned time line.

It was 24 hours over from the mentioned TAT, I received one mail. One of the worst of feelings I have been into while I was reading that mail. The mail is saying "Order was already on the way please wait for next assistance or if you like to cancel than amount would be refunded back to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days."

I order Mast & Harbour Grey Sneakers from Jabong.com in December, shoes looked great when they arrive but within 2 months the real quality of the shoe came out. Yellow spots started to appear itself and the upper fabric of the shoe started to come out. There is no way that you can complaint about this on Jabong thats why I am writing here. Dnt order Mast & Harbour shoes from Jabong. It sucks, wasted my money.:(

This is regarding the wrong product which I received pink potato bag. I had generated the return request because I had received a wrong product. I was told to mail the photos of product. I had mailed the same. I had already mentioned that tag was missing. Now I get a mail beachside of quality issues. How the hell customer is responsible for wrong product delivered that too without tag. I am being told to keep the product and being charged for something I never ordered. How can your quality check staff be so blind... u yourself deliver a wrong product and then tell that return cannot be pickled up.
I cannot believe Myntra doing that. I am icon member. I think after COVID u hav drastically reduced your staffs s uneducated staff is sitting for quality check. Response of Amazon and Flipkart is worth appreciating. The moment the wrong product is delivered, they don't ask, on the contrary apologise and pick up the product.
Here at Myntra, u deliver wrong product and ask the customer to keep the product.
I think this was last order for me at Myntra

Recently myntra.com have changed to app only. I think they have taken a great risk in that. But fortune is not far away, they have almost succeeded in that.

I have been a loyal customer of Myntra for quite a while now but, one of the incident has jeopardised the image what I had on them. I had placed on order on 20/6/2019 amounted Rs. 2,931.00 + GST totaling to about Rs. 3,000. Did not like the product, placed on order for return and it was supposed to be self posted. But, their pick-up person took the product and I never received an update. Upon contacting the customer care and following up with them, today I receive an update after months that the "claim is denied" and the product is not with their logistic partner as well. Are they trying to prove me as a liar? If you had a concern about the customer, you would have sorted the issue by providing a refund. You do not have a system to locate the product and everything is BOGUS. You are unreliable, fraudulent, sham company who is cheating the customer everyday. If you are really a customer oriented company, pay my money back. Otherwise, you will be sued and will make sure I will take more than what I have paid you.
